Prompt response to online enquiry, kept me updated when delayed slightly, problem sorted in no time. Really happy with service.

Phoned ahead to let me know when they where arriving. Had the problem fixed in no time at all.

Derek was determined not to be beaten by my 120-year-old plumbing and threw everything he had in his arsenal at what was thought to be a blocked drain pipe. Unfortunately the pipe had collapsed and even he couldn’t fix that despite trying everything. Really friendly guy who obviously loves his job and he was very helpful with suggestions for the next steps which will involve digging up the old pipe and replacing it which is beyond Drain Doctor’s services. Only charged £360 for three hours working in freezing cold sewage. Would definitely recommend for a blocked pipe, he has all the kit, cameras etc, my problem is just too specialised for his huge array of kit.

Phoned and messaged yesterday afternoon, and came at 10am the next morning. Derek was very efficient and actually made the job sort of fun - or at least the banter; but professional with it! Blockage cleared, CCTV done and problem identified within the hour. All good.

Phoned this morning just after 9 am promptly arrived just after 10am unblocked the toilet pipe work outside also removed a broken drain rod job taken over 4 hours Derek never gave up called his colleague for a different tool,both was total gentleman they are my hero’s can’t fault drain doctor one bit would highly recommended them to anyone.

Excellent Service from Derek who promptly found our problem of a blocked drain . Derek showed us on the camera what caused the problem and expertly cleared it without any problems. We know what to watch out for and Derek was friendly & knoweldgeable throughout. Would highly recommend Derek and Drain doctor.

Booking was simple and easy. Derek arrived on time, was friendly, polite, courteous, patient and efficient. The blocked drain proved more complex and difficult to deal with than first appeared but was skillfully rectified.

Excellent Service from Derek from start to finish. From a prompt response time to look at a external blocked drain issue we had, Derek overcame the challenges presented by a very old drainage system and continued working until we had a resolution. Being able to view the condition of our drains through the camera and Derek's knowledgeable recommendations/advice on how best to resolve and maintain going forward was a real bonus. Great service - very fast response and solved the issue

Having used Drain Doctor North Scotland previously we knew who to go to with for another issue as we now how trustworthy and friendly they are and what a great job they do.

Sam came out to look at quite a bad blockage affecting our property. The whole drain was solid.

He managed to clear it and jet clear then put down a camera to see what had caused such a major blockage and showed us on the screen whilst using the camera in the drains.

Tree/bush roots and misaligned joints were the issue in 17m of drain.

Sam cut off the tree roots and advised that it is likely the issue will occur again in the future and showed us a solution with lining the existing drains without needing to dig them up and will provide us with a quote.

Sam and Derek are so friendly and you know you can trust them. They turn up when they say they will, do a great job and do not overcharge,
