Felt completely robbed from what they did. Completely overpriced DO NOT use their services. Please avoid this company and use an alternative for your drainage issues.

Only booked last night, and said they come between 11am & 2pm but was here at 10am that’s what you call good service. Derek was very helpful, gave us a quote before going ahead. Then explained everything once he was finished. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent prompt response to my drain issue. The drain was inspected last week. The issue was dealt with professionally and promptly this week.

When we found out we had a domestic gully blockage we phoned Drain Doctor in the morning who dealt with our call at ease and friendliness. We were told someone would be with us early afternoon the same day, which they were. A lovely young friendly and knowledgeable chap got to work with his specialised tools and equipment and had the drain running free with total ease. It was a reasonable blockage but he did not complain just worked on. Would recommend to anyone for the professionalism of this company and their employees

The job was completed very quickly, and I was satisfied with the work done. The man was very helpful and explained what needed to be done.

Arrived within an hour issue with blocked drain, very competent in approach, clear about charges, work carried out with minimum fuss and issue dealt with effectively

Phoned Drain Doctor about installing a liner in underground drain. Spoke to Shona. Got a quote later that day. I phoned her back accepting the quote and Shona quickly arranged a day and time to carry out the work. Derek and Jaimie arrived on time and immediately started preparing all the materials. It was fascinating watching the intricate process and seeing it on the screen.

Derek and Jamie came out to fix my blocked toilet, Super friendly, excellent service and even helped me with replacing my broken toilet seat. Couldn’t fault them, would definitely recommend and use again.

Their office staff are helpful and respond quickly to emails, and the plumber was on time, friendly and tidy in their work.

Rang up to book an appointment to repair blocked toilet at Grampian Transport Museum. Call operator very helpful and polite and friendly. Appointment booked and arrange for a visit within 2 hours. Within two hours the plumbers had arrived on site and quickly fixed the blockage and sorted the issues with the toilets by fitting spare parts which they had with them. Excellent speedy service, really nice and friendly staff. Will be going on our go to list of trades people.

Derek from Drain Doctors was here an hour and a half after I called. He was very competent and cleared the blocked outside drain with no problem.

Very prompt response to my emergency call for blocked drainage. The engineer was very friendly and efficient and kept us advised of progress. Hopefully that is it sorted now.

The unblocking of pipes and toilet went seamless. They informed me all the way what they were doing and price. Well done

Had tried 4 other plumbers, none of which called back. Drain Doctor did and the work was done inside 24 hours from calling.

Quick, cleaned up afterwards and has sorted our non-drain plumbing problems.
