Was let down by 2 other companies. So phoned you guys on Thursday afternoon and 2 guys were here at 8 am Friday…So helpful and found the problem and had it fixed in no time… Derek & Jamie were a joy thank you so much 😀

The lady who answered the telephone was very helpful and within 15 minutes I had a call back from Sam who said he would get the engineer to call when he was on his way. Derek did do and was very polite and helpful and explained what the issue was, gave me a quote for the work and got straight to it. He explained what he was doing to solve the problem and showed me the resulting success. Thank you for prompt and respectful visit.

My experience with Drain Doctor was excellent from phoning to make an appointment to the job being completed. The person answering the phone was polite and efficient. The appointment was made in minutes. Derek, turned up on time and once he established what the problem was he quickly set to work and unblocked the drain. After he finished he cleaned up behind him. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Derek, you were indeed my knight in shining van.

Derek and Jamie were excellent in saving me from a nightmare blocked drain situation. Guys were super friendly, very efficient and genuinely wanted to help. My job involved removing a toilet and on completion it was as if they hadn't been there, my bathroom was left clean and all sealant was replaced on the toilet when it was re-installed. Would highly recommend!!

They were available to attend quickly and able to repair the leak on the 1st visit.

The attending plumber was very friendly and helpful and left the area clean and tidy before leaving.

I was also kept informed of when they would be attending which was important to me as I was not home and had somebody else open the property on my behalf.

Based on this experience I would highly recommend them.

I’d been trying to get other Aberdeen companies to come for weeks with no responses. I found Drain Doctors, called, arranged an appointment and job done and dusted by two friendly, helpful guys. 1of them does Drains, the other does the Plumbing. Cleared my blocked sink / drain and fixed a leaking pipe in my basement.
Thanks for pics have sent a question by return email about the pipe.

Jamie from Drain Doctors was great. We had a bathroom pipe burst (push fitting underfloor had separated) on a Sunday evening. Person on the helpline was quick, helpful and professional. Organised a plumber visit for 8:30am the following morning and resolved the issue by 9:30am. Jamie explained all of the work he was doing clearly and was really friendly and helpful. The invoicing was accurate and came immediately. Overall just reliable, honest and really helpful.

Derek attended my house this afternoon to clear a blocked drain. He was on time, he was professional, he was courteous and he went beyond the minimum to help.
I highly recommend Drain Doctor Aberdeen.

The two guys who came out to unblock our toilet and bath today were super lovely. The work was done in no time at all and we are all back to normal again. Fully operational at last after 2 long days. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Even made recommendations to have certain work done so that will solve problems in the future. Service with a smile!

Took my call late Sunday evening, gave advice over the phone, visited the property the very next day as planned, advised when they'd be in attendance, received my explanation of the drainage issue well, discussed in detail their plan, open to me witnessing their works, friendly, professional, did not enter the property and left their work area tidy.
