What a fantastic service. Ross was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He travelled approximately 45 mins to come and look at my job and although it was very niche and could not solve the issue he provided excellent advice and the approach I should take. I will definitely use Ross again.

Drain Doctor have given brilliant service all the way through, from quotation to carrying out the drain lining at my home. Local, easy to speak to, knowledgeable and honest (unlike some of their competitors). I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor Nottingham and not hesitate to use them again.

Can't fault this company. They came out within 24hrs, sorted out the problem, and returned two days later to carry out some building work that needed doing. The two lads who carried out the work where brilliant, polite and helpful.

Very efficient. Booked for 8am, arrived early, which was best for all concerned. Unblocked the drain in 15 mins. Also a lady who rang about my request,was polite, and excellent phone manner

Recently had Matt out to clear blocked drain (and remove lodged rod!) It transpired that further work was required so Ross came out this morning to patch the cracked and displaced drain. Really pleased with the super quick and thorough service and the friendliness of both. Hopefully I shan't have any further issues but would definitely use again.

Had a drain doctor technician arrive today for some works to be carried out. He was prompt, friendly and professional throughout the job. Explained what the works were and answered the few questions I had.

Very punctual and professional. Cleared my drain problem in a matter of minutes. Cleaned up afterwards but left a wiffy smell from the drain with me. I would certainly use them again but hopefully I'll not be wanting to.

Contacted on 17/7/24 rang back within 5 mins offered to do same day couldn't owing to work. Booked for next day given time between 9-11 driver rang to say he was 30 mins away cleared blockage and ensured drain was running properly before he left

Had a blocked drain that ended up being a broken drain, helped come up with a plan B as the drain wasn’t really needed, no extra cost

Sympathetic & helpful service started with a no-charge site investigation. The cure for the problem was clearly explained after about an hour's work.
A quotation was quickly received by email.
The works were immediately scheduled within 3 days to fit my diary. All ground work was completed in less than 3 hrs. The site was left in the condition in which it was found; lawn turf replaced.
A very satisfactory task was completed with no fuss at a competitive price.
