When there is an issue with your drains you want a quick, professional and reliable service. We certainly got that with Drain Doctor from the first phone call to Daniel coming out to fix the problem. Super impressed and would/will recommend to family and friends.

Fast and efficient service.
Complete toilet replacement, all done in a couple of hours.
The employees I met (for the quote and the replacement) were both pleasant and polite. Everything clean and tidy afterwards. I recommend Drain Doctor and would be happy to use them again. Very happy customer.

I put too much down the waste disposal and blocked the kitchen sink. 5 bottles of Mr Muscle couldn’t shift it, so I called Drain Doctor. Jason arrived promptly, was very efficient, polite and most of all, effective. The sink is now running properly and I couldn’t be more pleased.

They came to unblock our drain gulley (the outside drain that the kitchen sink and washing machine drain into).
The engineer came within 90 minutes of my initial phone call and had unblocked the drain within another 30 minutes. The guy (sorry didn't catch your name) was really polite and kept me informed of what was happening. Would highly recommend!

Everyone I spoke to either on the phone or in person was incredibly helpful, and everything was straightforward and efficient. The phone line is open on weekends and evenings as well which is very useful, and the survey carried out was scheduled quickly, and was really helpful and reassuring.

The staff handled my initial call politely and efficiently (Maida), kept me in the loop, updating me about arrival time and the work involved (Matt).
