After discovering the problem we contacted the company they responded the same day made the appointment over text and were there later that day. Knew exactly what the issue was and dealt with it. Really nice chap too - if we hadn’t have got sorted that day I don’t think it would have been sorted till after Xmas - 5 star service for us!

Excellent service from start to finish, from the very first call. Rang Sunday and arranged visit for following morning, very prompt and keep you updated. Really knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable. Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone and will use them again ourselves whenever required.

Thanks drain doctor for sorting out my blocked drains. They checked the exterior drain pipes for both bathrooms, removing the blockage that was causing my main bathroom sink to drain water very slowly and subsequently the dirty sink water to flow back in to my shower

No reflection on the engineer, he solved the problem in around 30 minutes but I do think the charge of £270 inc. vat was quite exorbitant.

Had full manhole which Jack cleared and came back later same day after started to back up again till late in evening. Unsure if had cleared completely so arranged to return following day with camera which thankfully confirmed clearance and just poor gradient of existing drains, which proved to be a very complicated layout - he and I are still unsure exactly where it exits the property, but at least we know it’s clear and no need for any digging thankfully. Jack is a great guy who is persistent and will get the job done. A credit to Drain Doctor !!

We had an issue with a foul smelling shower plug hole for over a year. I called Drain Doctor and had calls back within minutes. They arranged someone to come the next morning and in fact two vans came out. We had Ben come in to investigate and he was excellent. He diagnosed a fairly straightforward problem as something just needed tightening in the plughole. Ben did not charge for the job and his overall service was fantastic. Would highly recommend Drain Doctors!

Jack who did the work in patching my drain is very experienced and a very likeable man with excellent customer rapport. He was able to fix the problem relatively quickly to my satisfaction.

Turned up within an hour of contact, diagnosed issue with blocked drain and fixed quickly and efficiently. Engineer was extremely polite and amenable. Would use this company any time.
