I ordered two pairs of Draxen tactical trousers and was extremely disappointed with what arrived. The quality was far below what I expected from the advertising. The material feels very cheap and thin, the overall construction is poor, there are no knee pad pockets despite the product presentation suggesting a tactical design, and both pairs are even missing the Velcro patch.
If I'd seen these in a shop beforehand, I wouldn't have paid more than £5 for them. They simply don't resemble the quality implied by the marketing.
Delivery also took several weeks as the trousers were shipped from China, rather than being dispatched locally as I had expected.
I've requested a refund and will be returning them. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this product.

Trousers are not what I ordered, very poor quality sent, emails get no response, took along time to get here from China PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE, you’ll be very very disappointed ☹️ 😡👎

Item was not as described and there is no way of contacting them it's a scam.

Bei Draxen gut aussehende Hosen bestellt- den absoluten Schrott erhalten. Rückgabe Fehlanzeige, customer-service meldet sich trotz wiederholter Anfragen überhaupt nicht.Die angezeigten positiven Bewertungen müssen Fake sein!

Currently having difficulties contacting for a return and refund

Ordered some pants 5 days ago, still not despatched, ive emailed everyday to cancel and request a refund, Ive not heard anything back.

Leider ein absoluter Reinfall.

Genauso der Gürtel.

Advertised on YouTube and seamed genuine company registered to a Scottish address, so made a purchase luckily only purchased 1 item! And through PayPal! Had no updates and the shop app said that it had been delivered! It was obviously a scam and should have know better! PayPal has refunded my money. Stay away from advertising on YouTube.

Achtung - Geliefert werden billigste Waren die in keinster Weise mit den Angebotenen ünereinstimmen. Mit hohen Preisnachlässen und zusätzlichem Geschenk wird man geködert. Rücknahme der Wahre auf eigene Kosten dann mit großem Hinweis auf hohe Kosten bei Versand nach Brasilien und jedes Teil der Bestellung sei einzeln zu versenden.
Kontakt schnell und Rückmeldung mit verweis auf das genannte Prozedere zur Abschreckung! Es wirkt - ich werde keinen Rücksendeauftrag auf meine Kosten erteilen ohne die Kosten zu kennen! Absolute Verarschung.
