Tummy tuck, breast uplift with 450cc implants, 360 lipo and bbl.

Dr Ayse was straight to the point during consult and asked my expectations and explained what she would do. She understood the assignment!
I’m 3weeks po and all I can say is the experience is amazing and Dr Ayse exceeded my expectations!!
I cried like a baby the first time she took the bandages off and I seen my body. For the first time in 15 years I no longer have saggy horrible boobs and skin all over my tummy.
I was not too happy with my bbl at the beginning due to the swelling, but have trusted the process and I’m loving it more each day. Huge thank you to Dr Ayse and surgical team, they’ve truely changed my life.
A massive thank you to Kerem from start to finish. He has always been so accommodating and answered any questions (even all the stupid ones haha).
He reassured me many times and was actually one of the main reasons I booked with Ayse in the first place. A brilliant coordinator.

My only negative I can say is that the after care in the hospital is different than what I am used to. You really need to advocate for yourself. Minor price to pay in my opinion though and I would do it all over again.

Ebrar is also amazing and such a darling. She is truely such an asset to Dr Ayse and to all the girls.

Burcin is also such a doll. Works privately, but with a lot of Dr Ayse girls . Lovely lovely woman.

All in all, thank you so much Dr Ayse, Kerem, Ebrar and team. I’m so thankful and I’m so glad I made the right choice in choosing xx

I had my surgery with Dr. Ayse on the 13/05. From my reaching out to Kerem to booking with him and the 1000 questions I had in between, I felt like I was in good hands.

I arrived in Turkey and my blood was checked to ensure I was fit to withstand my 5-6hr surgery. I had a complete mommy makeover without implants.

I am exactly 4 weeks post op today and this is the most empowering thing I've done for myself.
My results are beautiful. My tummy tuck scar is very thin and healing really well.

I'm glad I chose Dr. Ayse and would use her for subsequent surgeries if needed.

I had breast implants on 02/06/25 and I can not recommend enough. Amazing doctor amazing team and amazing results. Very nervous coming into the hospital alone on the Sunday night not knowing what to expect but couldn’t have gone better. Excellent consultation with dr ayse on the morning of the operation she asked what my expectations was what size I was thinking then she gives you her opinion. Her team are amazing. Kerem cannot do enough for you no matter what time of day it is if you have a question he’ll response within minutes very grateful for him. My after care painkillers creams etc was in my room before I even left for surgery. Honestly cannot fault this team. See you next April

Firstly I would just like to say how amazing I feel with Dr ayse kalay.

I visited for my first procedure in 2024 after contacting a patient co ordination I was under kerem and I can't express how amazing he has been their was no question that was to much for him or any time of the day he always answered me.
After my first successful procedure I wanted to have another with Dr ayse I contacted kerem again and he was so quick at setting the wheels in motion for my return on meeting you at the hospital to settling you in and he was even their when I came around from surgery and had told my family I was all ok 😁.

I can't recommend Dr ayse kalay and kerem enough Im in love with my new body x

I had surgery in Istanbul last week with Dr. Ayse Kalay – a tummy tuck, muscle repair,breast uplift, and 360 liposuction – and overall, I’m really happy with the whole experience. Dr. Kalay is incredibly professional and made me feel confident from the start. Her assistant, Ebrar, was also very helpful and always there when I needed something explained or sorted.

The hospital itself was modern and clean. The care I received was excellent, though I have to admit the nursing staff were a bit hit or miss. That said, one nurse stood out in the best way possible – a small, sweet girl who kept calling her patients “baby.” She was the one who helped me stand up for the first time after surgery and did my first two walks with me. Honestly, she made a world of difference during those tough early hours.

I also have to mention the coordinator, Kerem. He’s been amazing – always quick to respond (even to my silliest questions) and super patient and kind. His empathy and manners made the whole process feel smoother and less overwhelming.

If you’re considering surgery in Turkey, I’d definitely recommend Dr. Kalay and her team. The results so far are great, and I felt well looked after every step of the way

I booked my surgery in January with kerem on recommendation of friends who had previously been surgery was 29th may from first time communicating with kerem the process as been fantastic hes answered any questions however stupid they might of been he kept in contact with everything I needed to know before arriving he sent all my transfer information and the process was so easy traveling alone from the uk I was a little nervous but he rang me on my transfer met me straight away at hospital took me to all my test explaing everything then took me to my hospital room connecting me to hospital wifi to stay in contact with family back home he settled me in very comfortably all the nurse's was fantastic to me especially the girl who calls you baby she was so so sweet they all was I have no complaints what so ever the following morning I met dr aysa and ebra who discussed my surgery and expectations she was very honest I was having implants removed and a breast uplift so I wasn't sure what I was going to get afterwards and I found her very honest and easy to communicate with I was taken to thearte everything explain then woke back in my room with nurses and ebra and my friend who arrived after me the night before
that night was uncomfortable but nurses was always checking on me and I felt in very safe hands saw dr aysa following morning to discuss surgery and check everything that afternoon a straight forward journey to hotel hilton gardens beautiful hotel comfortable room staff lovely room service lovely kerem even came to visit me the night of surgery to check I was ok visits to hospital and communication has been great with him from the time I booked id this trip having a coordinator who is there for you is such a big thing kerem you do a amazing job dr asya is lovely and all her team I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting surgery in the future thankyou kerem for be so supportive to me from start to finish 💙 thankyou dr asya and your team from Rachel uk xxx

I had a breast augmentation with implants with Dr. Ayse. I felt well taken care of from the beginning. Kerem responded to my messages quickly and concisely. The waiting time for the surgery was not long. Dr. Ayse was very nice and specific. The care in the hospital was good, and above all the result of the surgery is great so far! I highly recommend it ❤️

I am so happy with my results, I had a breast lift with augmentation and I’m so thankful and grateful for dr Ayse, furkan and all the nurses, everything went so smoothly and everyone was amazing. The hotel was also lovely with a nice restaurant, shops with snacks close by. I honestly would recommend going to dr Ayse, she is incredible and gives the best opinion. Thank you so much! This has truly been such a life changing experience for me. I had an extended tummy tuck/ abdominoplasty with muscle repair. I am now 13 weeks post on and couldn't be happier with my results.

My co-ordinator was Kerem but I also had some conversations with Furkan. Both are amazing. From the time I booked my surgery I would message Kerem all kinds of questions and he always took the time to reply.

Everything was well planned and arranged. I arrived in Turkey and followed the instructions to wait for pick-up. We met Kerem at hospital who took some details and took me for my pre-op bloods. Then he showed me to the room. He came with a nurse who came in to fill a questionnaire. Kerem kindly translated for me.

Next morning Dr Ayse and her assistant Ebrar arrived. She did not have a translator but she spoke English and did not need any translation. She was professional and marked me up. Ebrar then helped me prep for surgery and I had my surgery soon after.

The nurses are thorough with their job, doing the meds and obs on time. However, I felt they lacked bedside manners. But I mentally prepared myself for this so it wasn't a big issue.

I am now 13 weeks po and Kerem still responds patiently to my messages.

I never ever wanted to do cosmetic surgery. But my diastasis recti wrecked my life for years. While I still have swelling etc I am feeling so much more confident and happy in my new body.

I can highly recommend Dr Ayse and her team to anyone considering an abdominoplasty. Her sewing skills are the best I have seen.

A life-changing surgery! I had 360 lipo, breast lift and reduction, and extended tummy tuck with 10cm muscle repair.
I will keep this short:

Pros:
- realistic expectations and they put your health first i.e., if your iron is low they will not do the procedure.
- dr Ayse is a magician her scars are the neatest and I am asked in the UK where i got my surgery from as it’s one of the best they have seen
- prices are competitive & worth it. I had my procedure done in Feb 2025
- most of the nurses are lovely and reallt caring. Food was delivered on time it is not the best but after a major surgery you won’t be having a donner kebab although i did have one 5 days post op (not sorry!)
- my medication was given on time and pain meds topped up, i was allowed to choose a hotel of my choice instead of Hilton so my companion could explore. Transfers still included not an issue nor did I have to pay extra.
- booked a private nurse and would 100% recommend even with a companion Burcin was a godsend i love that woman!!!
- i developed an infection in the UK after my operation, that damn left breast lift and Furkan was really helpful & kept in touch. UK A&E were awful. This can happen to anyone and I was treated badly in the UK because I went abroad to have surgery even though my GP was suppportive!

Negatives:
- aftercare follow up for every patient should be a thing, 3 month and then 12 months.
- some nurses are not sympathetic. Walking in at 4am switching bright lights on to take bloods when hands are bruised and then flicking and slapping to find a vein. More training is needed for staff.
- if you are going to have more than 2 procedures in one operation please think about this as you cannot expect perfection when there are 2-3 surgeries being performed on the same day. It may be worth having 2 rounds. Also, maybe there should only be one surgery performed daily especially when the surgeries can last around 5-7 hours.

I would 1000% recommend this clinic my whole life has changed. The confidence I have is worth every pain. I was barely in pain in Turkey, the real pain starts when you return home and have to re-learn everything. Please do your research and don’t book blindly. If your BMI is 29 you will not have the result of someone whose BMI is 23. Be realistic and give your body time. I am 4 months post op and still not 100% recovered. My flanks are still stiff. Swelling may take a year to come down. This is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix

This team is friendly and in my opinion very professional. There is a reason Dr Ayse has a long waiting list.

I had an extended tummy tuck, 360 lipo and a breast uplift with implants in December with Dr Ayse, I went with realistic expectations but they have been exceeded, my results have changed my life, I can’t believe the difference in my body. I can’t thank Dr Ayse enough and also Furkan who I booked my surgery through, he couldn’t do enough for me during my stay.

My opinion differs from I found faults but I would go back.
I arrived with no issues in transport and furkan is really helpful.

Dr ayse gives you no warning for your AM consultation you get woken up to the main lights at 6am and a room full of people watching you get marked up naked whilst you try to wake up and explain what you want in 5-10 mins - with dr ayse having limited English so she has a translator. She is not as happy as Instagram appears and prefers natural look.

The nurses in erdem hospital are terrible and sit at the nurses station laughing really loud all night- ignoring buzzers. I got my observations taken once after surgery!!
Post op I was given iv medication 2x with no information on what it was and it was given to me without the iv clamp/ pumps that should be used; therefore I got a dose I should have been given over 1 hour in about 10 mins - I violently threw up both times but was too medicated to say anything.

The housekeeping staff member kept walking in at 5:30am and turning the main lights on (startling me) dumping food at the other side of the room which was a boiled egg and slop and walking out, even when nil by mouth- very annoying.

Topping off my experience I stayed in the Hilton and waited for my ‘nurse/ surgeon’ to remove my drains as ‘it’s not done in the hospital’. I was greeted with dr ayses translator who is a very young lady and she pulled out a pair of non sterile gloves and scissors that weren’t in a wrapper out of her handbag and pulled out my drains- normal clothes, no ppe, hair down etc. she then left the black bag of clinical waste in our room when it should have been disposed of as it is a biohazard!
I raised this concern with the clinic and they said she lied about being a trainee nurse to me when I asked but she has had experience watching so is ok to pull out drains!!!

For reference I am a registered nurse and I am not trained in drain removal myself. I am dissatisfied but the results are good I do think there is a risk of infection if the clinic is not careful.

I honestly do not recommend‼️I should have a breast lift with implant, that what I paid for ‼️ You cannot trust Dr. Aishe, the before surgery consultation in hospital was aby to put implants that I wanted my boobs look a bit bigger and upper. As I mentioned earlier, I wanted a breast lift with implant and I only got implants.My breast are even smaller then before surgery.After 2 months from the surgery, after removing my protective bra, and I am shocked my breast are even smaller than before surgery.Before I had 34DD and now I have 34C.I contacted Dr. Aishe and said that Im not satisfied with the results of the procedure because I did not see much difference, of course the breasts are filled by the implants but the lift is minimal, witch Dr. Aishe replied "No plastic surgery is aimed at making the old perfect or flawless."🤷‍♀️ Now I have to do another surgery with different clinic because dr Aishe fu..ed up the job‼️

Dr Ayse is absolutely an artist,she does excellent job,i was very lucky to discover her after one year research.I have had TT with muscle repair,lipo 360 and breast uplift with augmentation,happy over the moon with results. Highly recommended!

Having researched for a surgeon for a Tummy tuck for year,Dr Ayse felt right.
From the first point of contact with Furkan on what's app everything ran smoothly.
Communication about the vip transport was sent the day before my flight with clear instructions on where to go. The transportation was amazing and never felt in danger being a British woman on her own.
My coordinator met me at the hospital where they performed an ECG,Chest XRay and bloods and I was shown to my room, had food and a shower and met Dr Ayse in the morning. Everything went perfect. The hospital staff were great. Had many follow up appointments and dressing changed. After 3 nights,went to the hilton hotel which was included in the price.
Saw the surgeon the day I flew home,had my dressings changed. And transport back to the airport.
Put it off for years but so glad I had it done

I must go back to September 2021 when I went to an aesthetic doctor in Italy due to my sagging belly and flagging arms. The doctor operated on me but as time went by I realised that he had only cut some flesh from my belly leaving a long scar just in the middle and removed some flesh from my arms but they remained flagged. I was desperate. I found myself crying helplessly due to the condition I was left in. I did not want to give up though. I searched the web and came across Dr. Ayse Kalay. Hope arose when I saw her name. Who better than a woman could understand another woman? I had to give it a try no matter what. I went to visit her in Turkey. The outcome has been fantastic. She removed the flagging skin from the outside not just the inside and retucked my belly so the scar is now just above my pubic hair. I can wear a bikini and am flattered to wear sleeveless dresses. Thank you Dr. Ayse Kalay for a job well done.
