I went for a MMO September 2025. Everything from the start was amazing, from sending my pictures to the medical consultant (Kerem) to leaving the hotel & returning home after the surgery. Dr Ayse and her team are amazing! I felt at home from getting there and meeting everyone, to the minute I left. My surgery was a massive success I look and feel amazing! The aftercare is really important to me, and I can not complain! The private nurse who I chose to have see me for my lymphatic massages (burcin) was also absolutely amazing! I would certainly recommend the surgeon and her team, and would absolutely return when needed. ❤️ thank you!!

I am currently 4 days post op and my experience has been amazing out here! Dr Ayşe has changed my life and her work is art! I am still in the process of healing but so far all has been well and all my needs have been met. Her team are an absolute credit to her and have been the greatest support. I would highly recommend her and her team!

Not happy with my surgery. I had mine in feb 2024, I was meant to have had lipo on my back. I have got no marks from this and my back literally looks no different whereas int stomach does where I had it. I had a breast uplift and implant, my implants was only small but they’ve massively dropped.

Beyond words to express my gratitude to the staff Specially to Furkan who help me all the way since the day 1 I’ve arrived in Turkey on my own from the UK for my tummy tuck operation, Dr. Ayse Magic hand and amazing work pull up my confidence! The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I am over the moon with my results, what I love about Dr Ayşe is that she is realistic and just knows how to carve your body beautifully- she listens to your vision and gives you a better one!! The whole team was super friendly, Furkan was my coordinator, my messages would be answered in less than a couple minutes always and I could ask about anything at all - from medical assistance to logistics in Turkey and he is friendly enought that you could send many messages without feeling like a burden and he would answer all cheerfully!! Ebrar, Dr Ayşe assistant is super soft and kind and will help with anything you need. I am grateful I had a good experience, and will highly recommend to anyone - in looooove with my results!!!!!!

I was skeptical initially but once i made up my mind and scheduled my operation, the process went very smoothly. Dr Ayse Kalay's coordinator Furkan was very patient ,he answered all my questions promptly, he was very supportive, and understanding. It was a very well organised trip from beginning to the end!( from picking me at the airport,to the hospital for vital tests to meeting Dr Ayse, consultation, operation, discharge, hotel ,transfers, VIP massages, etc) Dr Ayse Kalay listened to me on what my expectations were and she also advised me what she thinks about the operation outcome. I came to turkey by myself to have lipo 360 and arms lipo from uk . During the booking procedure Furkan helped me with lots of questions and doubt that I had due to fear also. He was very patient and explicative, even after my surgery. Admin service 10 /10 at any time of the day. Regarding the hospital, was clean , the hospital nurses are nice but in my experience is better if you rent a private nurse as this surgery is challenging. The consultation with the surgeon was not rushed, the result was better than the one that I had in my mind . Ayse really gave me a Coca Cola shape without BBL!! She understood the assignment :) The hotel was clean , the staff was nice and due to surgery the waiter was bringing breakfast in bed which it was very helpful!the surgery went well even if I was very scared with all the things that you hear everyday . I still can t believe it. my figure has changed so much . Also , very relevant to the whole picture the private nurse Burcin Is a life saver . I would recommend her for the massages . Such a relief !!! My overall experience to this clinic is 10/10 .

I went to dr ayse kalay 17 weeks ago for new implants and uplift. Tummy tuck, 360 Lipo and bbl. At first I was so scared but I plucked the courage up and went ahead with the procedures. When I woke up I was amazed at how my body looked. I’m so happy with my results and I couldn’t recommend dr ayse kalay enough. She was so professional and I would go back to her in the future. My experience at erdem hospital Istanbul was great. Pain meds were always on time and I was looked after. Furkan my coordinator was brilliant too, always on the end of the phone when I needed him even now any questions he replies straight away. Thank you so much for my dream body.

I had my surgery in February. I had a tummy tuck, 360 Lipo and breast uplift with implant. From the beginning furkan my coordinator was super helpful with absolutely everything he made me very calm and extremely excited with all the information that was given. After spending 5+ years on research on cosmetic procedures and looking for the best surgeon to perform what I’d wished to have, I found Dr Ayse and I’m so glad I did! I’d seen so many amazing reviews and spoke to previous patients who Dr Ayse had worked on and they couldn’t recommend her enough. I reached out to her Instagram page and was greeted with Kerem, the whole exchange online/over emails/whatsapp was straight forward and Kerem is the best! He answered every query I had in sufficient time no matter how ridiculous my questions were! We had come up with a treatment plan and I was so excited (mommy makeover, with no implants), everything felt like it was meant to be. I travelled alone and was met at the hospital by Kerem who then took me for pre op tests and showed me to my room. The hospital was clean and staff were so friendly. The nurses are amazing and made me feel so comfortable and tended to me whenever I needed. My surgery with Dr Ayse went amazingly well and I am so unbelievably happy with my results! She has changed my life forever and I will be forever grateful! I also want to thank Ebrar for the massages and genuinely being an amazing person helping me recover after surgery! I am nearly 3 weeks post op and recovering at home still in contact with Kerem incase I have any post op/aftercare questions for Dr Ayse which she has answered and is reassuring. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ayse for my new breasts. I found out about her through a recommendation. From the beginning, I was in contact with Furkan via WhatsApp — he explained everything clearly about what my stay at the clinic would look like and answered all of my questions. He also picked me up himself in the car that was sent for us at the airport.

As for Dr. Ayse, she listened carefully to what I wanted and answered my questions as well. At the clinic, I had blood tests done — they make sure that everything is fine with the results to avoid any complications. The surgery went well, and so did the recovery afterwards.
During my stay at the hospital, I had excellent care, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ayse and Furkan, who stays in touch and is happy to help if I have any further questions.

I went for surgery with Dr Ayse Kalay in may this year, I had a 360 tummy tuck, removal of implants, breast lift and replacement implants, mons lift and 360 lipo, from start to finnish I am beyond happy with the results I've achieved. Kerem is absolutely fantastic at answering my hundreds of questions, constantly checking in even since returning from Turkey. I will be 7 weeks post tomorrow and my recovery has been a breeze. I was originally booked in for an fdl but after speaking with Dr Ayse she suggested I didn't need one, she didn't try and up sale anything during consultation and my surgery was cheaper than expected, my surgery was revisional from a mmo years ago and honestly she listened to everything I wanted, my scaring is fabulous so minimal and clean. I would 100% recommend and should I ever need more cosmetic surgery, I will definitely be returning!

Dr Ayse Kalay and her team are incredible. I had 27 year old ruptured and capsulated breast implants removed and replaced. I had breast implant poisoning for many years and the after care was excellent. I was recommended her by a lot of friends who have had a variety of cosmetic surgeries with her,all extremely happy with their transformations. Much cheaper than in the UK. Kerem Dr Asye’s coordinator answered all my questions,seemed to work 24/7,helping with absolutely everything and made the process very straightforward. His kindness,advice and support are an absolute credit to Dr Ayse.

* MY BREASTS have come open a lot and I have put pics on other review sites and Facebook, they are very Red, hot and smell very bad right now so I’m panicking and getting myself in a state, there is another girl in hospital with sepsis if you read her FB reviews, I wish so much I hadn’t gone with her*

Update: My breast implants are being removed 2 months after having them done with dr Ayse Kalay, I’m really disfigured.

Can people also start reading the paperwork they rush you to sign when you get there, they stand over you turning pages and telling you what to write and sign, it’s all very rushed, put there is a second saying if you die in theatre that they can harvest your organs.

I’ve been waiting to see how the aftercare would be before writing this and it’s safe to say it’s awful and so is my surgery, this is going to be long but there is so much wrong with this company,
