1 week post op and am delighted with my experience! From the moment I contacted her medical assistant Furkan, 18 months ago to today - I have been really impressed with the entire service. Dr Ayse and her specialist nurse Embrar are very special, caring and compassionate. Furkan kept me informed with all my questions and requests. All VIP transfers, hospital and hotel stays were coordinated beautifully and there was no worry or stress. I would highly recommend for your Mommy Makeover.

I had my mummy makeover surgery on 3rd February.. after wanting this surgery for 10 years plus I finally found Dr Ayse, after my friend used her a year prior to my surgery.

From start to finish everything went well, I cannot fault the team or Dr Ayse. I am so happy with my results and get compliments regularly on my shape I have never had an hour glass figure! I am so happy thank you all.

I cannot recommend Dr Ayse Kalay and her team highly enough.

From my very first contact, her coordinator Kerem was the kindest and most helpful person. He was incredibly supportive from start to finish and always available to answer any questions I had — no matter how small or trivial. That level of reassurance made such a difference.

I was collected from the airport and taken straight to the hospital, where Kerem met me personally. He stayed by my side while I had all of my pre-op tests done, which immediately put me at ease. I was then shown to my room, which was extremely clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Every member of staff I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.

The following morning, I met with Dr Ayse and her assistant Ebrar. They both made me feel comfortable within minutes. Dr Ayse took the time to explain the entire process in detail, and we talked through my desired results thoroughly. I felt completely heard and understood.

Around 30 minutes later, I went down for surgery. I woke up about five hours later back in my room, warm and well looked after. The care I received throughout was exceptional.

Now, just 24 days post-surgery, I am absolutely blown away by my results. I have barely experienced any pain during the entire recovery process, and I am healing far beyond my expectations for just over three weeks post-op. My incisions are barely visible — and I truly mean barely.

The whole team has been an absolute delight to deal with, and I am beyond happy with my body and my decision to choose Dr Ayse Kalay.

I had a very good overall experience with Dr. Kalay and her team Furkan was my coordinator and answered all my questions ( and I had a lot) always as fast as possible also he is there to help when you have any trouble in Istanbul.
Dr Kalay is just an Artist she did incredible work I had a 360 Tummy Tuck with lipo 5 months ago and just love the result did not have any problems- but I must say a positive mindset is very important for this journey.
Since I am super happy my friend is have the same surgery this year and I am extremely happy for her

This is my honest review at 6 weeks post op.
My results are amazing and far beyond my expectations. I’ve had minimal swelling and my incisions are healing beautifully.
Dr Ayse listened to what I hoped to achieve and I took her guidance on implant size based on my frame/size and the outcome is perfect.
Dr Ayse’s co-originator, Kerem, has answered my many questions over several months prior to surgery and has been of tremendous support to me before and after surgery.
All the team are extremely professional and compassionate.

Ich hatte am 18.12.25 meine OP bei Dr. Ayşe Kalay gehabt.
Gemacht wurde eine erweiterte Bauchdeckenstrafung mit 360 grad Liposuction.
Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich mega zufrieden, es hat sogar meine Erwartungen übertroffen bin so begeistert einfach was Sie gezaubert hat. Die Nähte sind sehr dünn und schön.
Alle meine Wünsche wurden umgesetzt auch mein Bauchnabel. Gebucht habe ich über Kerem. Extra Dank an ihn er ist soooo nett wirklich so ein Herzensmensch so lieb.
Transfer, Krankenhaus und Hotelaufenthalt hat reibungslos funktioniert. Kerem war ein Tag nach mein Op am abend noch bei mir und hat nach mir geschaut. Ebrar war auch total süß und nett so ein tolles Mädchen.
Mir geht es sehr gut meine Wundheilung läuft super bereue meine Entscheidung null bin so froh das ich die Dr

Hi.... I am two weeks PO. I had 4 areas lipo, TT and breasts uplift. Even now when I took of my tapes resaults are amazing. Stiches are already very nit and beautifull. I have to say Thank you dr. Kalay for doing amazing job with my body and giving me self confidence for years to come. Thank to all the nurses in hospital for every smile. I am 16 weeks post op and could not be happier! Dr Ayse is an absolute magician and my results and healing have far surpassed my expectations. My surgery has been life changing and brought me a new lease of confidence. Her team, in specific Kerem has supported me during my whole journey and is still prompt in responding to any queries I have even now. We have a group chat that is so useful and everyone is sharing their experiences and supporting each other it’s been the most amazing journey from start to finish! From start the finish, the full experience was amazing! From speaking to Kerem on day 1 to saying goodbye 5 months later after my surgery. Within the time of waiting for my surgery Kerem was always on the other end of the phone when Needed, answering questions to ensure I felt comfortable and confident. I have had results that I never thought was possible. Dr Ayse is incredible at what she does and her work is phenomenal. My scars are hardly noticeable and I’m only 12 weeks Post op. Everything ran so smoothly. From arriving at the airport, transfers to the hospital, my surgery, the transfers to the hotel, and the aftercare. I couldn’t complain. First and foremost I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr Ayşe kalay and all her wonderful team, I truly had the best experience from the very beginning before I even booked my surgery, from the initial consultation down to today ,I'm 23 days post-op and this jas truly changed my life in the best possible way, Dr Ayşe kalay went above and beyond my high expectations, I flew to Turkey on the 11th of December 2025, from the very moment I arrived at the hospital absolutely every single nurse were extremely kind and gentle, i went alone to have a MMO + BBL and they made me feel so safe and cared for, surgery day was 12th of December 2025, i met Dr Ayşe the day of my surgery, as soon as she took her pen out her face instantly started to glow and I could see the passion in her face, i didn't even have to say anything as she instantly knew what I needed done and on top of that I wanted at least 500cc implants and asked if possible can I go bigger which I knew because of my anatomy it might not be possible as I didn't have any breast to begin with, but to my utter surprise I was able to get 625cc implants, my tummy tuck is absolutely perfect, every incisions is extremely neat and I know I'm only 3 weeks post-op but if you take a look at how the scars are looking you would think that a magician performed my surgery as every incisions from my breast augmentation to my extended tummy suck are absolutely perfection, I truly and honestly have no words left to express my gratitude towards Dr Ayşe kalay, i was well looked after at the hospital with nurses checking my vitals every 1/2 hours, i was alone so withing a minute of pressing the button a nurse would be by my side to help, i want to say a huge huge thank you to Kerem the coordinator Dr Ayşe kalay I am forever grateful and thankful I have chosen the best surgeon and team, also a huge thank you to every nurse and also a thank you to the cleaning ladies as even they helped me, i looked for 10 years for the perfect surgeon and I'm beyond grateful that I was able to find Dr Ayşe kalay, i highly recommend Dr Ayşe kalay and I will definitely be coming back for other surgeries once I am healed

After researching surgeons for over a year i finally found Dr Ayse, after seeing her work and reaching out to her co ordinator Kerem, I knew she was the right choice for me. From start to finish I truly had the best experience. I had a tummy tuck, muscle repair and 360 liposuction. I was met by Kerem at the hospital on my arrival and instantly felt calm and relaxed, he was so professional and compassionate and never failed to answer any concerns I had honestly. I am now 17 weeks post op and still now the aftercare is ongoing when ever I've need advice on something.
Dr Ayse herself was is such a lovely lady and you can see her passion for her work the minute you meet her. I'm returning in April for upper eyelid surgery with Dr Ayse and honestly can't wait

I had mommy makeover two weeks ago with Dr Ayse Kalay and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.
The surgery included a breast uplift, implant revision, tummy tuck and liposuction. This was my third breast surgery, as no previous surgeon was able to give me the high upper pole that I wanted — but Dr Ayse achieved it perfectly. My breasts now have a beautiful shape with a very high, full upper pole, exactly what I had been hoping for.
The scarring is extremely neat, the liposuction was performed perfectly with no lumps at all, and the tummy tuck has given me a very slim waist. My body looks better than I ever imagined, even at only two weeks post-op.
The hospital experience was also very good. The nurses spoke basic English but were kind, attentive and checked on me regularly. I felt safe and well cared for throughout my stay.
I am beyond grateful to Dr Ayse and her team and would highly recommend her to anyone considering surgery. She truly listens and delivers outstanding results.

It was an experience where I felt safe from start to finish. I had liposuction and a tummy tuck in October. Two months later, I feel great. My coordinator answered all my questions about any post-operative concerns I had.

So I'm now 3 weeks post op, and so far I love the results. I'm amazed with how minimal the scaring is, especially around my nipples.
From the very start of this journey Furkan was there via WhatsApp whenever I needed him.
I arrived in Turkey and was picked up in a private transfer to go to the hospital. All my tests were done immediately and then the excitement kicked in! The following morning Dr Ayse came to see me and we discussed the procedure. She was completely honest and upfront with me, she was clearly extremely knowledgeable.
Now when I went down to theatre a few hours later I was a little nervous, as those prepping me didn't speak English, but I was in Turkey after all. Just a heads up that this can be a little intimidating but everyone was still lovely!
I was in minimal pain when I woke up, my first memory is someone telling me not to roll on to my front, so clearly I was comfortable! The nurses who cared for me whilst at the hospital were amazing, they ensured I was topped up on pain relief and regularly checked my vitals. Again there was a slight language barrier at times but nothing Google translate couldn't resolve.

My mum came with me and throughout our time there we were provided all of our meals, we were surprised they made sure my mum had her meals even when I wasn't allowed to eat so she didn't have to go hungry.

Now when I saw the results for the first time.. I'm going to be completely honest incase anyone else experiences this, I was shocked, they were very different and I wasn't sure I liked them. I went from very very large (but saggy) implants that I'd gotten used to, to high profile implants that appeared much smaller. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them but I just felt upset they were so different. This feeling took a few days to pass, and now the swelling has reduced and they're starting the drop/fluff process I LOVE them and will come back to this once I have my final results.

The aftercare has been amazing, the scarring is barely noticeable already, and I feel so confident in my body again.
As someone who swore they'd never go abroad for surgery, I'm so glad I decided to give it a go. I cannot recommend Dr Ayse kalay enough. Thank you x

So I want to come back with an update after 6 months. Below you can find my opinion right after the surgery.
After 6 months, I want to say that I had my surgery in June — I had a breast augmentation — and at this point I can honestly say that I am very satisfied. I thought some of you would definitely like to read a review after this amount of time.
I received excellent care at the clinic. The nurses were available whenever I needed them — I didn’t have to ask for any medication, as they came on their own every three hours to check my pulse, take blood (even during the night), and administer my medication and IV drip regularly.
I am extremely happy with the care from both the nurses and the doctor, who is very professional. My breasts look amazing. I am genuinely happy that I chose this clinic. I trusted them 100%, the final result is incredible, and with a clear conscience I can recommend this clinic to you.

I decided to have a breast enlargement unter muscle this year and a friend recommended Dr. Kalay to me. After all i can say that this was the best decision for me! The entire process was extremely organized. As a nurse, I can say that the team works extremely professionally and hygienically, better than in Germany in my option. There was a consultation with Dr. Kalay before the operation and together we decided on the right implants. I can say that Dr. Kalay knows her stuff! Furkan was my personal the entire time. He was available to me at and time and answered all my questions. I had no pain or complications. After all I can say that I am super satisfied and super happy with the result. I had a full 360° liposuction, a 360° tummy tuck, and a breast lift with reduction performed by Dr Ayse — and the results are beyond anything I ever imagined. This was a big, complex surgery, and choosing the right surgeon was absolutely crucial. I can say with complete honesty that choosing Dr Ayse was the best decision I could have made.
