Danny Lowis absolute legend!

Has made the whole process so easy. Danny has made sure he has taken his time with us to ensure we purchased the right car for us.
Danny kept us up to date with all updates and information.
Patient, knowledgable and a friendly face.

All staff that I had dealings with were smart, helpful, polite, well informed and approachable. My new car was presented well and the handover went smoothly.
Small issue with the both rear tyres being inflated incorrectly. Should have been 38 in both but were only 32. Soon remedied. Luke, the sales executive, that dealt with me was well presented and polite and kept me informed all the way to me collecting my car. All in all a very good experience and one I would recommend.

Never had a bad visit to Kia Boston, very friendly service. They really look after you hear and no ask is too big. Ross in sales is a star

Purchased an ex-demo Kia EV9 and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the car was presented in pristine condition.

I dealt with Ryan throughout the car purchase and he was very professional & friendly. Upon arriving and requesting to look at the car, he advised on all the things to do with the car and he left us to have a look while sorting paperwork for test drive. After the test drive he advised he would be inside so we could discuss to ourselves/make a decision. No pressure at all.
I purchased the car and got an esitmated collection date, Ryan kept me up to date with all the little bits between purchase and collection.
On collection day Ryan sorted all documents with me which made the process alot smoother and easier.

Cannot reccomend this garage enough, the team there are very polite, down to earth and lovely people who made the car purchasing alot smoother and easier than alot of other garages around these days!

Drayton Motors Kia Boston were helpful because they offered me a new car after I lost the previous one in an accident. It was a very stressful time for me and just before the holidays. I can't pick up the car myself. The seller was very helpful. He brought my new car to my house while I was abroad. I'm very happy to come home and see my new Kia Sportage GT. It was like a gift for the New Year. Thank you very much all Drayton Motors Kia Boston family. That is 3rd car from them.

The right car at the right time with extras under a non-pressured professional purchase

Lucas made the process very easy, sorted out the finance, prepped the car, and although there was a mistake when the MOT was not carried out, Lucas was absolutely honest with me and more than made amends. The service was really good, and Lucas was not pushy at all.

Just bought my new car from Drayton motors , as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Charlie.
I explained that I was after a Proceed GT Line S. , Charlie showed me the car I had came to look at , he went over and above to get me what I wanted for my part ex.
Whole process was very simple , I was kept updated along the way , picked up my new car yesterday and it was stunning , kept inside the showroom for the handover due to bad weather and valeted beyond belief as was shining like a new pin.

We spoke to Aaron Davidson on the phone, found him extremely helpful and informed us about the car we were interested in.
We went to the garage and bought the car with no problems whatsoever.

Drayton listens to your requirements and then trys to match them through their group stock of cars.

Myself and my husband Stephen went along to test drive a fiesta yesterday.
From entering the dealership the service was exceptional. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by Ross, very polite, and offered us a coffee.
Ross was very knowledgeable about the car, and could answer everything we needed to know about the car.
After the test drive my husband had made up his mind up this was the car for him.
So Ross then began the paperwork, and to our surprise we were ably to take the car away with in a couple of hours.
The whole process was very smooth and straightforward, we were offered the usual optional extras, such as the extended service etc, but we decided to decline, and this was not a problem at all.
We’ve been to many dealerships in the past and there’s really a lot of the hard sell to sell other products, and to be honest it was such a refreshing change not to have this pushed on you, customer service goes a long way with me, and Ross gets 10/10 from us!!
Thankyou so much we’ll definitely recommend you to our family and friends.

Chris was a great help buying my used Kia, super helpful, informative and caring.

No pushy Salesman, left to decide what you require in a vehicle and on hand when wanting to know anything about the cars, the products that can be provided, which was handled by Ross very professionally.

Myself and my husband came to look at cars with view for part ex. We were met by Chris with a positive welcome he should us round and gave us options to consider. We couldn’t decided and Chris helped us navigate which one to go for based on our family and finances. He answered a lot of questions we had and spent some hours with us deciding. We are now driving away in our new car 3 days later. Smooth transactions everything explained. We are so grateful for the help and support. Would recommend Chris and the team
