What made the experience of purchasing our used vehicle after travelling over two hours the dealership was the professional way we were treated by Chris,the vehicle was all ready and very well presented Chris ensured we had hot drinks and sorted all the paperwork quickly and efficiently so the whole experience was from our point stress free so a big thank you to Chris and the team and to add to that we left some house keys but Chris to the rescue had them posted straight off once again going the extra mile for the customer which can be rare but not at this dealership

After searching for months I finally found the car I wanted at Drayton Motors. Due to the travelling distance I couldn't just 'drop in' so Chris sent me video's of everything. When I said yes he arranged everything for me, with no sales pressure or hassle.
Chris kept me informed throughout the whole process, calling and e-mailing regularly. I can't thank Chris and Drayton Motors enough, and definitely recommend them.

Picked up my new white EV3 today, from taking a test drive and ordering got the vehicle in 2 weeks. Chris was very helpful & knowledgeable and he made the whole process very easy.would definitely recommend Drayton motors at Boston.

The buying of the car was really straight forward,and the sales lady Megan was really helpful,the car KGM Tivolli is a lovely car,love all the extras on it,lovely to drive and would definitely buy another one,colour grey is very smart looking

I was looked after by Ross Taylor at Boston Kia he was very professional at his job as a woman getting a new car he made it simple all the people at Boston are very professional right down to the mechanics I would recommend them to everyone the after service was very good.

I have just sold my car back to Kia, Drayton Motors Swineshead Boston.purchased 2 years ago new. Sold back with 8k on the clock. In excellent condition. One of the best cars I have ever owned. The manager gave me a very fair price even took my personal number plate off and sorted paperwork for me. As soon as the V5 was handed to them the money landed in my account. All round very professional service. Would recommend this garage and manager to anyone. Cheers all at Kia Boston.

Would like to say a HUGE thank you to Richard Smith from Drayton Motors at Louth. Just bought a Kia Stonic & the whole experience was very friendly, very professional & made the process very easy. This is the 2nd Kia we have bought with Richard, would not hesitate to go back for a 3rd!!!!

I had a great experience with Drayton Motors. I found a car on autotrader and was able to speak to Charlie Jeffery and organise buying the new car really quickly. I was impressed with the service from Charlie, Callum and everyone at Drayton Motors. The car was exactly as described and really well presented when I arrived to collect it.

Do not follow their own complaints policy. They state they will respond within 48 hours. I have had no response after nearly three weeks and two requests for information.
I would hesitate to use this company again.
My issue is a small one and could be easily addressed.
The lack of response/customer care is worrying.

I have just purchased a 2 year old Kia Sportage from Drayton motors Kia at Scunthorpe. From the inital video to show the car and all its features,( as i live some distance away ) to sorting out trading my old car in and making sure i have everything i want and need, the service has been first class. Matt, Will and Chris have gone above and beyond and it is so good to have that level of service. I have a great car and if you want great service this is where to come.

We have bought a delivery milage Kia Niro from Drayton Motors Kia Louth. Overall, the whole experience was fantastic. Aaron made the whole transaction very smooth and we were very pleased with how everything was conducted. Aaron and everyone who we have talked to there were very kind and we were really happy with the level of professionalism displayed by the firm. Aaron has followed up after the purchase to make sure that everything is ok and if we have any follow up questions etc. After nearly a month after the purchase we have absolutely no problems with the car and it is such a pleasure driving it. Will definitely give Aaron a ring when we need a new car! Would definitely recommend!

Drayton motors have a very good staff. They are all friendly and polite. There is no hard sell. They just explain everything available and leave the decision to me.

We purchased a commercial vehicle through the branch, and although this was not their usual offering the service received was attentive without being annoying.
