We have just purchased our first Kia Ceed and can honestly say the experience with our sales executive James Wood was one of the best we have ever had when purchasing a car, he went out of his way and was most helpful I would recommened dealing with him as he was attentive and could not do enough to help us.

I have had a long and turbulent 4 months of mishaps, stress, embarrassment and inconvenience from this company in (Louth). I am appealing to speak to the managing director Chris Roberts, about the chaos I've been put through from buying a second hand car from your group. I have owned the car for 4 months yet only been able to drive it for a little over 1 month after several faults with the car. I am exhausted to say the least especially when trying to talk to the branch manager regarding compensation, especially when I tried to arrange a formal sit down to be told he's to busy to talk to me on that day and has made no attempt to arrange an alternate meeting. Having had 20+ kia from victor wood last year we changed for a sorrento it was fine for a few months but in September the management light started to come on they placed the tablet in and was told to run up the A1 to do a regen this has happened at least once a month even though I do a fair few 100 mile journeys.
In April it came on as normal but went into limp mode back to Drayton this time was told a part that sorts gases out had gone 3 days later we got it back in the afternoon, next morning going to London and 20 miles down the A1 the turbo blew up they supposedly checked everything else and 7 weeks later I got it back with them fully checking it over some weeks later now the dsp has gone it’s took a week to put the warranty claim through and am told the part is not available in UK and 2 weeks they have had my car more than me I have had to cancel 2 lots of use with my caravan
Feel car, Drayton and service manager are not fit for function

Went to drayton motors boston just to have a look at new cars knowing if there was something we liked would end up buying one have to say all the staff were great very welcoming and friendly even welcomed both my dogs they were great with them each and every one of them were great but a special shout out to ross who we dealt with he was a really nice guy wouldn't have a problem going back again if I ever swapped car again cheers guys you were great.

My experience at Drayton Motors Kia Boston was positive because I bought a used Kia e-Niro from Chris Spiller online to be delivered sight unseen. This was my first time purchasing a car this way. Though I was wary of committing so much money at a distance without being able to physically see the car and those I was doing business with, the process went smoothly. I've only had the car a few days, but so far it works as expected and the price was competitive.

I have a 67 reg Kia Venga and the boot lock is broken so it can only be opened from the inside; this is incredibly difficult when you have a pram or wheelchair in the boot, which I do, and this was explained to staff. I also told them exactly what was wrong because I had been to a local garage only to find out it was a Kia part and under my nearly finished warranty. It took 2 weeks to get a 1 hour slot appointment only to be told the part was indeed not working and they will order it in. It takes a Kia engineer to do the diagnostics.....ok I can cope with that but seriously, 2 weeks to get an hour slot to be told this and now I have to wait another 9 days for them to fit it. EDIT: I had a phone call from Kia and they managed to sort my lock the next day rather than waiting for 9. They were eager to make amends. I have now altered this from 1 star to 4 to show my appreciation.

Maurice. We have just bought our second Suzuki Swift from Drayton Motors Boston and we are very satisfied with the whole experience our sales person Cole was very pleasant and helpful in every aspect ,we would also like to thank the rest of the team for any other help we received in assisting us.

James was professional & explained the sale well& didn't push us into something we didn't want & has kept in contact throughout.

The sales team were friendly and covered all our questions.
We asked for new fob batteries and didn't get them and Kia connect was not set up for us as promised but apart from that we were looked after well.

Ross Taylor, who works for Drayton Motors, was professional, friendly and helpful. It felt like the car had my name on it, before I even saw it. By being practical when issues started to get in the way of the purchase, (nothing to do with Kia), Ross ensured that the sale went through smoothly. The car is delightful, and very comfortable to drive.

Chris was fantastic at finding the right car for me at the right price. He was able to find answers for all (of my many) questions. Great experience!

I went to kia not knowing what car l really wanted. A gentleman approached us ask us asking us what we were looking for. I said a Niro told him how much and what colour. They didn't have one but another garage did. James was so helpful, friendly and not pushy at all. He went out of his way to get the car for us so we could have a look. Nothing was any trouble . Jame haven't been doing the job long, if he didn't know the question he would go and ask.Jame was very Professional all the time. The Garage are helpful and friendly. Kia Drayton Motors Louth - Well experience wise was actually quite good on purchasing a 2021 Range Rover Evoque, Aaron handled my purchase with care and went above and beyond with my purchase.

I'd suggest Drayton Motors Kia Boston to a friend because Chris is the perfect salesman, polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and not pushy.
We approached him unsure of what we wanted but he soon got us looking at the Kia Niro which was perfect but slightly out of our budget. But with some digging Chris managed to fine us the perfect car, in budget and Just what we needed.

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage with the assistance of Chris Spiller at the Swineshead branch. He was, as you would expect, very knowledgable about the car and products on offer but he also demonstrated wonderful interpersonal skills that made the process so much easier. I found him very professional in everything he did from the initial greeting to the signing of the varied documents and payment.
Due to my circumstances, I haven’t had to make a car purchase for sometime so this experience left me feeling very satisfied

I received excellent customer service from Ross. He explained everything to me in detail and ensured that I was happy and understood everything. Since purchasing my car he's made contact to ensure that I'm happy with the car and he's been happy to answer all my questions no matter how small. Excellent handover too, such a lovely atmosphere and made me feel very welcome.
