Straight forward and quick throughout the process.

From the first phone call to the purchase of the vehicle, the sales team are very professional but at the same time very friendly and not pushy in anyway.
I've bought many cars from different dealerships and I think I can honestly say Aaron and the team at Drayton motors were one of the best team I've ever dealt with ...... 10/10 😁

From first contact to sell and care after sales, everything has been 10/10. Aaron has been amazing and hopeful with all the process. Minor scratches which were dealt with before picking up the car and it look like brand new! Also noticed that jet washer wasn't working properly, contact Aaron and was offered to have them replaced for free and fuel covered for travel. Fast and friendly service as always. Amazing experience overall.

Just bought our 3rd Kia from Drayton Motors. As with our previous experiences a first class service and we were kept informed of progress in relation to delivery of our new car throughout. Ross Taylor maintained communication with us during the purchase process and we could not have asked for more. A wonderful car provided at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend Drayton Motors

The Kia side not Suzuki at Swineshead need someone to teach basic good manners and customer service. Having been ignored and other people being seen who came in after me I went to the office where 2 salesmen were chatting. I commented I was ignored and i wouldnt be buying the Kia Sportage on Motability. The reply by both was I wasn't and I didn't know what I was talking about as I needed a special Motability salesman for Motability cars. I informed him i did know what i was talking about as have been motability for 32 years and anyway he didnt know i was motability until i told him as no one had asked or acknowledged me. all infront of other customers. I went to leave and the dark haired sales man (claimed he wasnt a sales man) gave me a look of disgust turned away and I heard him say 'f o'. I turned back and said ' you shouldn't swear it's rude' I left but all this was infront of customers. Needless to say I won't be buying from them!! My comments on their fb page were deleted.

I've just purchased a New car from Kia motors in Swineshead Boston and just wanted to highlight the excellent service I have received from Ross Taylor the sale Executive there . The car was a surprise present for my wife and Ross was very discreet in all our dealings to keep it secret , he was also very knowledgeable and a great help with all my queries and presented to car in great condition ready for me to pick up today . Myself and my wife have owned Kia cars for many years now and all the staff there are very helpful and always look after us .

From the minute I walked into the showroom I was made to feel welcome. The salesman Danny was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries. He kept in touch by phone and email to update me and couldn't have been more helpful. At all times I felt I was a valued customer which is not always the case in life and i would have no hesitation in recommending Danny and Drayton Motors

Informative, polite, honest, helpful fully explained the whole process went through all paperwork. The hand over of the car was straight forward and quick. Delivery of the car to the garage was earlier than expected which was very convenient

Excellent knowledge, well presented and knowledgeable salesmen, good selection of vehicles, can make complicated terms easy to understand.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Everything happened in a great atmosphere. Professional salespeople. I bought the car I wanted.

Great customer service and patient with customers, no hard sell

I recently purchased a car from Drayton Motors Boston. I found Chris the Salesmen very helpful and knowledgable. He was happy to answer any questions. If I asked for more details on anything discussed he was happy to supply further details. He delivered the car to my home himself after a delay with the handover. He was also happy to try and discuss and resolve any issues if they arose during the purchase process.

Chloe was extremely efficient and sorted all out for us.
Lewis delivered the new car and was also very efficient, professional and pleasant. Much appreciated thankyou

Salesman Ross Taylor very helpful couldn’t fault the service we got from him in purchasing our car .The rating we would give him is 10/10 the changeover went very well ,this is the first time we have gone to Drayton Motors have always had Hondas but we are very pleased we have now got a Kia

Having driven a Ford for over 12 years moving to Kia has been a pleasant experience and Adrian in Sales went above and beyond to ensure my experience went smoothly.
Issues with the sun roof post collection resulted in a new roof but the site communicated well and the roof was replaced with no issues or further concerns.

We both went to Kia at Boston and we had Chris as our sales advisor. My husband tested positive drives the car and we decided this was the car we was going to have, so Chris put the sold sign on it one week later my husband was diagnosed with sepsis and was rushed into hospital we explained to Chris so they put the valenting back for us, during this time we realised that my husband was not going to be home from hospital,so he asked Chris if his wife could test drive the car Chris said that would be ok, I told Chris that I drive like mini daisy he was so patient with me during the test drive explaining everything to me. We had difficulty doing the Esigning so Chris went above and beyond coming to hospital to help my husband complete this,he extended our car insurance till midnight then bought the car to my wife the next day putting in petrol for her as well, so such a great experience

I bought my car in January 2024 I've had follow up phone calls to see how I'm getting on and answer any questions . They even offered to pick up and drop off the car for it's MOT. The car was returned cleaned and hoovered . All that was recommended was a battery charge at some point as it was a but low . They offered to have it back and would do it for me free of charge.
Never have I had such excellent customer service
I have never bought a car from a dealership before but I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Drayton motors

Good staff who know what they are talking about, plenty of experience but no force to buy.
