I had a wonderful experience with Dr Fatih Algan. I got a tummy tuck with lipo 360 and I am in love with my results. Before the surgery I was nervous and anxious but his calm and empathetic energy put my mind at ease. He listened to all of my concerns. I would recommend him for all procedures and would have given him more than 5 stars if I could.

I’m writing this review about 6 weeks post-op from a tummy tuck with muscle repair, Lipo 360, and back liposuction—and I am absolutely thrilled with my results!

I started researching surgeons in Turkey about a year before my surgery (2/6/26), and honestly, it felt overwhelming at times. I almost gave up. Then I came across Dr. Fatih Algan through someone who had documented her experience at his practice on social media, and I’m so grateful I did.

About 6 months before my surgery, I began communicating with the patient coordinator, Fatih Akgul, via WhatsApp. He stayed in touch with me consistently leading up to my surgery and made the entire process feel organized and stress-free.

From the moment I arrived in Istanbul, everything was seamless. A driver arranged by their office picked me up at the airport, the hotel accommodations were already taken care of, and all of my pre- and post-op appointments were clearly scheduled.

The care I received was exceptional. The day before surgery, I went to the hospital for bloodwork, paperwork, and payment. On surgery day, I was picked up from my hotel and brought to Academic Hospital, where I had a very comfortable room. The surgery went smoothly, and the nurses took amazing care of me during my 2-night stay.

After being discharged, the level of care continued. A nurse came to my hotel daily to check on me and perform lymphatic drainage massages until my final follow-up appointment with Dr. Algan, when I was cleared to travel home.

Initially, cost was a big factor in choosing Turkey. But looking back, even aside from the financial aspect, I would absolutely make the same decision again. I’ve had friends in the U.S. who were sent home the same day after similar procedures, and I truly can’t imagine going through something this major without that level of support.

Thank you so much to Dr. Fatih Algan and his entire team for making this such a positive experience. My results speak for themselves—I went from 32.6% body fat to 27.2% and feel incredible!

I went to Dr Fatih Algan after being recommended to him by a friend of mine from Australia. I’m glad I took her advice as my experience was excellent! I had a breast lift and implants after having 3 kids. I had a lot of loose skin and wanted to gain confidence and not feel uncomfortable in a swim suit. I really wanted a very natural look and have the same size I used to have pre kids. Dr Fatih made me feel reassured pre surgery and after the surgery I could already see the final result would be exactly what I wanted. It’s been about 3 months since surgery and my scars are healing really well and my breasts have softened and feel more natural. I highly recommend Dr Fatih and would go again in a heartbeat.
One thing to note is that Turkey is very Cash reliant, so be sure to be prepared and have cash!

Experienced doctor and great services

I travelled to Turkey to undergo a BBL, liposuction and breast lifting & augmentation, and choosing Dr. Fatih was without any doubt the best decision I could have made.
Dr. Fatih is an outstanding surgeon , extremely skilled, precise and with an incredible eye for balance and natural beauty. From our first consultation, he made me feel heard, understood and completely confident. He took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions, and approached my case with true professionalism and care.
The results are absolutely amazing.
My body looks natural, feminine, elegant and perfectly proportioned. The BBL, lipo and breast augmentation complement each other beautifully, and the outcome is even better than I ever imagined. Dr. Fatih doesn’t just change bodies , he elevates confidence and self-esteem.
The entire experience was flawless. The clinic, hospital and medical team were all high-level, organised and attentive. As an international patient, I felt safe, protected and supported at every step. Post-operative care was exceptional, and Dr. Fatih’s follow-up and attention to detail truly show how much he cares about his patients.

Travelling abroad for surgery can be intimidating, but with Dr. Fatih, everything was smooth, reassuring and professional. I would highly recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering BBL, liposuction or breast augmentation.

I had an amazing time with dr faith! I went in February for a boob job & came back in November for my nose and honestly can’t fault him, he does everything exactly how I asked, and the recovery is always a breeze with him! I was a b cup and had 369CC and I absolutely love them the cleavage is so nice and close and they have fluffed out so good and look so natural, my nose even still swollen is absolutely stunning I can’t wait to see the results!the hospital and hotel was amazing and I felt very looked after and by the co ordinaters! Best surgeon around for boobs and rhinoplasty 100%!! Definitely recommend

I decided to undergo multiple procedures — rhinoplasty, otoplasty (ear pinning), and a breast lift with augmentation — all in one go. It was a big decision, but I wanted to minimise my overall healing time and time off work. Naturally, I was extremely nervous and spent countless hours researching surgeons and clinics in Turkey.

After narrowing it down to Dr. Fatih Algan and two medical tourism companies, I ultimately followed my heart and went directly with Dr. Algan. Even though I was warned by some that going independent meant I wouldn’t receive the same level of care, my gut told me otherwise after my video consultation. By the end of the call, I knew I was speaking to an honest, genuine surgeon who truly wants the best outcome for his patients. He doesn’t just agree to everything for financial gain — he carefully advises what’s safest and will deliver the best results.

From my very first message, his assistant Abayla was beyond amazing. Her communication was prompt, detailed, and so kind. She truly goes above and beyond — her warmth and dedication made the entire experience smoother and more personal than anything I experienced before (this was actually my second time coming to Turkey for surgery).

Abayla met me at my hotel after hours when I landed to simply introduce herself and make sure I was feeling okay and settled and Dr. Algan waited late to check on me as soon as I woke up from surgery. He visited again the next morning — despite having just a short 7-hour break between hospital shifts! That level of care and commitment is rare. He is calm, professional, incredibly skilled, and clearly passionate about his craft (you’ll see dozens of his certificates proudly displayed in his office).

My results are everything I hoped for — natural, balanced, and complication-free. I couldn’t be happier.

This was my third nose surgery, and after being turned away by multiple surgeons who were hesitant to take on a revision, I finally found someone with the skill and confidence to help me.

I’ve recently under gone a rhinoplasty and chin liposuction and I’m so impressed with the intense care that goes into every detail, dilara really does go above and beyond you can tell she’s very passionate about her job, dr Fatih Algan is a wizard, his work really is artwork, I knew I could put my complete trust in his hands. I’m back home now and have a few days before I can take my tape off my nose but the difference already is amazing,I truely believe I will be back!

Dr Mehmet did my BBL, and the results look amazing so far! Not only he’s a professional, but also made me feel comfortable. Explained the whole process of what he’s gonna do which is extremely important to know. I’m almost 2 weeks post op, and feel/look amazing. I got an uplift and implants over a year ago now with Dr. Fatih Algan. The results are amazing, minimal scaring which you can barely see now. He made me feel so comfortable pre and post op and still checks in a year later. Would highly recommend and I will be back in the future.

Dr. Fatih is truly exceptional! His knowledge, experience, and professionalism in body and multiple surgery procedures are unmatched. He carefully listened to my needs, even took my inspo photos into account, and chose the perfect size for my breast and butt implants to suit my figure beautifully.
