This deserves a zero star but that’s…
This deserves a zero star but that’s not an option unfortunately! I purchased a motionciser with upgrade to include arm attachments from vitadora. It arrived with the outer box sealed but the item box unsealed. 2 items were missing and the item look previously used. It wasn’t packed properly and the plug was unraveled and loose in the box. When I tested it, it had no heat and nothing but a rapid vibration before cutting out. I tried a couple more times with the same thing happening before it then tripped my house fuse box! Obviously had an electrical fault but customer service were slow to respond. Eventually they insisted I had to use again to provide a video which I refused due to electrical safety. They also said the item does not in fact simulate walking motion like the description! They then said they would arrange a collection for an exchange but given the poor customer service and state of product received and not as per description, I said I wanted a refund. On collection day my regular postman turned up to collect a “small” parcel and did not have any details or tracking as to where parcel was going! He couldn’t take due to it’s size so I contacted customer service again but absolutely no further response from them! Appalling customer service and would not recommend to anyone

MotionCiser not collected for a second time
I bought the MotionCiser and the plug doesnt work. They sent me out a new plug after about 3 weeks. This didnt work. I contacted them again and they said they would have to arrange a pickup, BUT i had to wait in for 12 hrs as they could not give me a time for the driver to call. Guess what? Ye the driver never turned up after me taken a day off from work. Now they are say if there is another failed collection that i would have to pay for the collection even though their driver couldnt be bothered to turn up. This is going on about 3 months now and still no resolution to the problem. I thinking solicitor is the next step. As every time i get a response from them its a different person, obviously a time wasting exercise. I will up date if i get one myself. Date below is approx.
I have contacted your customer service and was promised the item would be collected today 18th Of December. After waiting in for 12 hrs on this second occasion i now believe that your company is incompetent that you cannot organise a driver to collect an item. You expect people have nothing better to do then wait in for 12 hrs on 2 occasions just for a driver not to turn up. As i said above one failed collection may be a mistake but 2 is either incompetent or just you fob people off hoping that we will go away. Well not the person. I would definately recommend that anyone considering buying this item please dont. As you get faulty goods and then get the run around rather then them replacing it.

Unit Faulty...Not great
Step motioniser arrived and faluty immediately ..Heating element not working properly...tried over the weekend but still the same.Returns process very poor ...considering it was immediately faulty i have to pay to send back??? not impressed at all

Did not help Plantar Fasciitis …
I bought the Dr Ho’s circulation promoter for feet, advertised as helping Plantar Fasciitis. It hurts my foot so bad that I can’t use it. Sadly will be returning.

Not what is advertised
Recently bought DrHo’s motionciser, quite frankly a bit disappointed as it’s advertised that on low speed simulates the motion of walking, well, it doesn’t, just vibrates! By looking other reviews I can see others saying the same thing but the issue is never addressed. To me , this is false advertising!

Snelle levering. Zeer goed, maar niet te ruim verpakt . Apparaat ziet er degelijk uit en bevalt goed. We hebben het apparaat pas enkele keren gebruikt. Ik vind het fijn. Partner moet duidelijk nog wennen

Improved sleep
I have poor sleep and beginnings of numb feet. Using Dr Ho's Circulation Promotor. Feet better. Best part...if I watch a tv show or go out and don't use machine an hour or two before bed, I don't sleep as well. Sleep for 7 or sometimes 8 hours instead of 6. Never did this before.

Ik heb bij Dr-Ho een nieuw product…
Ik heb bij Dr-Ho een nieuw product (Solution Mat) besteld, maar bij ontvangst bleek het defect te zijn. Na contact met de klantenservice werd mij verteld dat ik het product moest retourneren.
Het product is inmiddels meer dan een week geleden op de post gegaan en sinds maandag in hun magazijn aangekomen. Tot op heden heb ik geen update gekregen over de afhandeling of verzending van het vervangende product.
Het gaat hier om een nieuw product dat bij ontvangst al defect was. Volgens mij hoort in zo’n geval een directe vervanging geregeld te worden, zonder dat de klant weken moet wachten. Dat dit zo traag verloopt, vind ik onacceptabel en klantonvriendelijk.
Ik hoop dat Dr-Ho hier in de toekomst sneller en professioneler mee omgaat, want dit voelt zeer frustrerend en onprofessioneel.

I gave a 5 star because, apart from the wait (more than a month) because they were out of stock, I could see the real benefits for Mum if I got her a Motionciser. When it arrived it changed our lives. Dr Ho as a company fulfilled my every expectation and I stand by them as a very good company to deal with. The phone operators were friendly and responsive.
