We ordered a coffee table and the very next day Dan phoned to make sure we were going to get the right coloured wood to match our existing items. He even sent some photos of the available stock he had so we could pick the right one. Following confirmation the table arrived the next day, very well packed. The table is superb, just as described. Probably the best service we have had from an online order. Recommended !!!!!

I bought a large driftwood mirror from Driftwood Interiors, and it’s absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is beautiful, it’s incredibly well-made and feels really solid and high quality. It’s now a real feature in our sitting room and always attracts compliments from anyone who visits. It’s such a unique piece that adds so much character to the space.

The customer service was also excellent. The mirror arrived well-packaged and on time, and communication with the company was clear and friendly throughout. I’m so pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Driftwood Interiors to anyone looking for something special.

Quickly arrived and was packaged really well

the Cotswold mirror arrived with back hanging off
sent pictures and was told they would contact the courier, heard nothing, the mirror has a fine crack in it at the top. Very poor considering it was over £200.00 with delivery. Will not purchase from them again, and will pass this onto family and friends. Very poor customer service

I now have two mirrors from Driftwood Interiors adorning my house! One in the hall [2023] and now [2025] a smaller one in the garden.
These are authentic high quality heavy duty mirrors [very heavy!] and I love them because the frames are thick enough to display small items, ie; candles or mini pot plants.

I had a few queries with the second mirror I ordered, as it was not as expected when it arrived. However subsequent communication with Driftwood Interiors was very good. Of course issues may sometimes arise & I would suggest to ‘bad’ reviewers that if they approach this company for a resolution politely & with an open mind, they might get a better result.

So – the replacement mirror I was eventually sent was hand made to my specifications despite some health issues experienced by Keith. Driftwood Interiors went above & beyond to deliver the goods & I am more than happy with my purchase!

Informed company not to allow parcel to be left, it got left and wasn't at my address when I arrived home. The company said to claim on my home insurance which isn't correct to be done.
They want to just leave me out of pocket and with no mirror.
Court applications are being submitted.
This review will change only if they refund prior to court. If not I'll amend after court.
