Don’t buy from them
Don’t buy from them. They sent you the wrong product then don’t want to pay for return or even refund( which If I choose this option I am gonna have to pay for the return when it wasn’t my mistake at all) Why do I have to pay to return something that you guys sent wrong? I paid the right product and the price asked and why didn’t get the right one? It does not matter if the policy states whatever, u guys made the mistake not me. So it does not matter if I want the refund or the exchange the shipping should be cover for whatever I decided because it was your mistake not mine.
Quality of the shirts is horrible. It is printed not actually what is in the picture that the sell. Just save bit more money and buy from a oficial place. Less headache and u won’t get disappointed like I am.
Me writing a bad review everywhere is just me saying my experience and what is my true and what happened.
I can guarantee if I had gotten what I paid for I would not come here to give you any bad review which I am entitled to as a customer.

This is partly false Daiana, Yes we made a mistake shipping you the wrong shirt however, We offered you an exchange for free with no fees but you declined, we then offered you to return the parcel which you also refused.
Our policy clearly states, if you want to exchange a jersey, we as "Dripped Collectives" will pay for the cost of postage back to us, however if you want to return a jersey back for a refund, the "Customer" is meant to pay for the postage.
We illustrated this to you many times but you felt frustrated and threatened us with a bad review stating that you will leave bad reviews every where.

Package arrived in just over 2 weeks and the kit was in great condition.
A little short on the size, but I didn't realise what size I actually was, so not their fault.
Also decent pricing on top quality stuff

Your paid for your shirt and your requested the custom name and number but then when we sent you an invoice to pay for it, you did not pay for it, we emailed you so many times but the email you gave us had a typo and that it why we could not get to you.
