Belachelijk slecht
Belachelijk, als je hier iets besteld en het komt kapot binnen doen ze er niks mee. Eerst reageren ze niet, en vervolgens doen ze net of het niet hun probleem is. Schandalig dat ze ook nog durven te adverteren met zogenaamde "garantie" de enige garantie die je hebt is dat je het geld kwijt bent en er niks voor terug hebt

Vaak besteld, maar dit was de laatste keer. Retourneren is echt een drama. Terugbetalen duurt ook ontzettend lang.

Terrible, don't recommend at all
I ordered a pendant, earrings and a bracelet. The pendant already came with a broken necklace so I had to switch to my own one, the bracelet broke 2 weeks after ordering, not to mention that delivery took more than 10 days. I emailed explaining what's the issue, all they keep doing is asking for more details even tho I provided pics and was hoping they will offer to send a replacement or a refund, but they keep asking for feedback on their customer service - which is equally as terrible. Jewelry isn't that quality for the price they put, as well as their "lifetime warranty" very poor customer service to avoid the obvious that they sent faulty pieces to begin with. Do not order from here if you want to get disappointed.

1 ster is nog teveel Garantie is onzin helemaal niks. Wat een slecht bedrijf. Please mensen bestel hier niks. Kapotte oorbellen gekregen. Maar volgens hun niks aan de hand.

Mein Armband für 300€ kam kaputt an ich habe vorher eine extra Garantie abgeschlossen mittlerweile schreibe ich seit 2 Wochen mit dem kundensupport der sich nur alle paar Tage meldet und es gab immer noch keinen Austausch bei einem ganz klaren Defekt am schließ Mechanismus des Armbands

Waardeloze kwaliteit en misleidende garantie
Koop hier niets! Drippy Amsterdam schermt met een ‘lifetime guarantee’, maar zodra de kwaliteit tekortschiet, geven ze niet thuis. Mijn sieraad is niet alleen verkleurd, er zijn zelfs hele stukken afgebroken.
De klantenservice schuift het af op "gebruik" en komt met een lachwekkend aanbod: 20% korting op een volgende aankoop. Waarom zou ik opnieuw betalen voor producten die uit elkaar vallen?
Slechte kwaliteit, misleidende marketing en een waardeloze oplossing. Wees gewaarschuwd!

Lifetime Warranty not honored despite guarantee card
I purchased a Drippy Amsterdam Cuban necklace that comes with a publicly advertised Lifetime Warranty. The item includes an official Lifetime Guarantee card, and the warranty is promoted as covering defects in craftsmanship and plating.
After normal wear, the plating began to peel in several areas, revealing reddish discoloration underneath. This is clearly a material or plating defect and falls directly within the scope of the advertised warranty.
Despite providing clear photos of the defect and the official guarantee card, my warranty claim was ultimately refused because I was unable to provide original order details (order number, email, name, address). These requirements are not stated anywhere in the publicly available warranty terms.
Customer support confirmed that without being able to trace the original order in their system, they will not even assess the warranty claim — effectively rendering the Lifetime Guarantee and guarantee card meaningless if purchase data is unavailable (e.g. second-hand purchases or lost receipts).
The communication was polite, but the outcome contradicts the way the Lifetime Warranty is advertised and raises serious concerns about transparency and consumer expectations.
I hope Drippy Amsterdam reconsiders how its Lifetime Warranty is applied in practice.
