Driven Motorgroup レビュー

At the point of sale, you can’t fault this company. Jack Parkes is, on the face of it, honest and courteous. It is after the sale which a company should honestly be ranked. I have purchased a car which has suffered a major fault which required £7000 to repair. The one year warranty is purely a selling point. My claim has been declined by the warranty company because the parts on my car are “ worn out with age and use “ I traded in a perfectly good, reliable car and got something which currently sits in a garage yard undriveable. I depend on my car for the daily 92 mile round trip for work. Driven have offered no help whatsoever, I’d hoped as it was just over six months, they would at least make a good will gesture and contribute to the repair costs but, nothing. As I have said, at the point of sale they can’t do enough it’s the after sales that show the true colours of this company. Never again.

This is our second vehicle with Driven.
The care and attention we were given was second to none, we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process.

They also went above and beyond to get us the best deal.
A shout out to Carl who dealt with us, very down to earth and easy to talk to.

All in all a very pleasant experience 😊

Excellent service by Jack in difficult circumstances for myself. Made the purchase of my vehicle quick and easy. Highly recommended

Friendly efficient people . Sorted everything with no hassle

Very friendly staff and a great service. Would recommend them 100% satisfying experience.

Excellent service would highly recommend buying a car from driven motorgroup

the staff was very hospitable, very relaxing and great personality. gave me time to think about my purchase, explained things fully, gave a reasonably truthful rundown of the vehicle i was interested in. helped by giving me discounts were they could. always on the phone to answer teething problem questions.

Jack was friendly approachable and knowledgeable. Great service

Jeanette & Jack were absolutely amazing this was the second time having dealt with them and again they exceed expectations rather than a sales person at work they are more like a friend you have known for years and are comfortable with! I will never go anywhere else for a car now! I would highly recommend anyone who wants a decent trustworthy car to go here from now on!!!

Very good service. Very fair garage, helpful and would recommend

Bought an Audi A1 from them, and had nothing but problems ever since. First the electrics going 2 months after getting it, then just after a year of having it the engine blowing up (which they repaired but we had to pay for) and they stole a brand new turbo out of my car and replaced it with a used one. Now not even a year after having it fixed the engine light is on and is in another garage getting repaired. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Fantastic service from jack and Jeanette.

Always in contact keeping me updated and the car is perfect.

Will definitely use again.

Great friendly service, helped with everything I needed and quick aftercare aswell

After a few years without a car I decided to look into getting one but didn't know where to start. Jeanette was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. She made something that would usually been quite daunting for me easy and stress free. I couldn't reccomend her enough.

We were dealt with very well Thank you the lad that dealt with us was very helpful
