In 3 days I was able to collect my car, Miles and the team have been super quick and absolutely amazing. The car is in great quality and I am still amazed at how quick every thing went.

A very streamlined online process. There were a little confusion at the pickup but was resolved quickly overall a very quick and efficient process.

The service I recieved from drivve was outstanding. However when I fetched the car from their provider it had scratches. The disc is also expiring end of this month which was weird to why I was given the car.

Overal I can not fault drivve on anything only their provider needs to lead also by example

The application process was frustrating as there were too many follow ups on my part which defeats the online process. Also, the hand overs are unclear from the onset which invalidates the claim of a quick hassle free process. The affordability process is the main process of your business but it is not mentioned in your advertising. I also had to do a lot if waiting for feedback which is not ideal. The treatment at the PACE was fantastic and everyone I interracted with was very helpful which I wished I received the same treatment from the onset. Overall, the process was fairly simpler in comparison to traditional rental companies.

Was meant to get VW 2007 model was then upgrade to a 2015 Ford Fiesta. Very quick to deal with queries and happy with the service. No delays and run around to get me driving.

Service was excellent - Zane was amazing and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Would recommend to all my friends and family. Happy with the vehicle too :-)

I am originally from Germany and have decided to try a car subscription with DRIVVE giving me great flexibility in these uncertain times. The team has been very helpful and I received my car shortly after. It is spotless clean and in excellent condition. I am looking forward to many happy miles.
