I first heard about Dr M through a friend who had her breasts done by him around 8 years ago and ever since then I always knew that when the time was right he would be the surgeon I would go to. I had always admired his work, especially how natural his results look, so choosing him was never really a question for me.

From my very first consultation with Dr M, I knew I had made the right decision. He was so kind, welcoming and patient and he genuinely listened to everything I had hoped for from my breast augmentation (and believe me, I had a lot to ramble on about!). He understood exactly what I was looking for and immediately put my mind at ease. I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. He made it very clear that I could come back for as many consultations as I needed between my first appointment and surgery, which made such a difference to my confidence and helped me feel completely comfortable with my decision.

A few weeks before my surgery, Dr M even called me himself just to check in, see how I was feeling and go over a few things with me. It was little things like that which really showed me how much he genuinely cared about his patients.

And then there’s Winta, Dr M’s PA. That woman is an absolute godsend and truly one very special lady! I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the whole process without her. She is so warm, kind and gentle and has been there for me throughout the entire journey. She has always been available to answer my questions, calm my worries and reassure me whenever I needed it and I can assure you, there were A LOT of questions and worries 😂

After surgery, I was quite anxious about some of the things I was experiencing, but Winta was always just a message away. She was so reassuring and made sure I understood what was normal, while also checking that I was recovering well and that everything was okay. She really went above and beyond and made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel so much easier.

I genuinely cannot thank Dr M, Winta and the whole team enough. I am absolutely in love with my results and for the first time in my life I can look at my chest and feel feminine, confident and happy with what I see. That feeling means more to me than I can put into words.

If you’re considering a breast augmentation and wondering which surgeon to choose, I honestly cannot recommend Dr M and his team enough. His work speaks for itself, but it’s the care, reassurance and personal experience throughout the whole process that really makes them stand out.

From the very first consultation I could not have been more looked after by Dr Marcellino and his team. The genuine care is amazing, not to mention how happy I am with the results! I had breast surgery back in 2021 with a different surgeon. Had the worst experience ever. It’s took me that long to build my confidence back up to come to another surgeon and that’s when I was introduced to Dr. Marcellino From my first meeting I felt absolutely comfortable and at ease.

Where do I even begin? This review is long overdue.

I had surgery with Dr Marcellino for a scar revision, uplift, and implants back in November. Following a previous breast reduction with another surgeon that unfortunately left me with severe keloid scarring. This completely destroyed my confidence for years, so choosing to go through surgery again was a huge decision for me.

From my initial consultation a few months prior to surgery, right through to the operation itself and the aftercare, the entire process with Dr Marcellino and his team was nothing short of incredible. Everything was seamless, effortless, and reassuring with absolutely zero issues before or after surgery.

The results have honestly changed my life. My scarring is now minimal to almost nonexistent, and I have never felt this confident in my body throughout my twenties. Dr Marcellino’s attention to detail is second to none. The lift looks so natural that you would never even know I have implants. He truly listened to my concerns and fully understood my vision for how I wanted them to look, and he exceeded every expectation.

I cannot thank Dr Marcellino enough, along with his incredible team and nurses who work alongside him. If you are considering a cosmetic procedure anywhere in the UK, I genuinely believe this is the surgeon you should trust.

Back in november 2025 i had combined surgery with Dr Marcellino at the welbeck hospital in london and from start to finish the whole experience was amazing he explained everything so clearly and gave me a very good understanding of my procedures he was very honest and made me feel very safe in his hands as it was clear he has alot of experience and was always honest i was very nervous but after my first consultation with this doctor that all changed i am so happy i went with this surgeon i have no regrets! My results are perfect very natural just as i wanted and i have not experienced any problems. The staff at the hospital was also very professional, caring and look after me very well. The contact ive had from his assistant is superb also she replys very quick and so deos dr max weeks after my surgery i never felt forgotten about after returning home. The hospital itself was also very clean and very well kept all in all my experience has been 10/10 i am so grateful how smooth it all has been as i was such a nervous wreck about everything. If anyone is thinking about surgery i would hundred percent reccomend dr marcellino and his team.! :)

Deciding to have a breast augmentation at 20 was not a decision my parents and i made lightly, but choosing Dr Marcellino as my surgeon most definitely was.
His professionalism, guidance and kindness are only a few of his traits that show just how skilled he is.
Throughout the consultation and booking process, Dr Marcellino and Winta, were on hand to help with anything that I needed. However, the support did not stop there, Dr Marcellino provided my parents with a great deal of reassurance. I cannot recommend Dr. Marcellino and his team enough. Earlier this year I made the decision to have a breast reduction, in my research phase I had initial consultations with a number of surgeons in London. As soon as I walked into Dr.Ms office I felt really comfortable and confident in my decision. He spoke me through everything & even called me for a remote consultation whilst I was away and still considering my options. From start to finish ( now being a few months post surgery) his team is still available for follow up questions, aftercare guidance and I am absolutely delighted with the results. My only regret, not doing it sooner! My posture is so much better since the reduction and I feel a lot more confident in myself. Thank you Dr. Marcellino!

Where do I start ... I was so unhappy in my body, I wouldn't like to look in the mirror at myself, all I would see is fat and big, but then my lovely friend introduced me to Dr Marcellino and we arranged a tummy tuck and liposuction ... I am now 4 months post breast augmentation done by Dr Marcellino and I honestly am so happy with my results. From the minute I walked into the clinic for my consultation he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He answered every question I had regarding size/shape, outcome. He gave me realistic expectations and advised what would look good for my body type whilst listening to me and how I’d like to look.
