Simply the best in the business and a surgeon who really genuinely cares about his patients.

I went to Dr Marcellino initally as was not happy with my implants, they were too circular on my chest, never looked natural and I had bad capsula contracture. I was incredibly happy with my new breasts until i had a mamogram which didn't damage the implants but it did my body and shortly after all changed, different complications on each breast so had them redone.
Please beware of having a mamogram with implants.
Both experiences have been faultless.
Dr Marcellino is a surgeon who really cares about his patients, how they feel, how they are going to look, he listens and then advises.
For me there was a lot of research involved for Dr Marcellino this time around and it was a complicated surgery, but I felt safe and secure at all times.
3 weeks after surgery I am delighted with the results and how I am healing, also with minimal pain and discomfort, I think another sign of a skilled and exceptional surgeon.
Another real plus of Dr Marcellino is that he uses a variety of implants, to suit your shape, size and body, all with different profiles. Breast size and shape is unique and personal to each person and he really takes the time to find the right implant to give the look and feel that you want.
I must also mention the aftercare which is exceptional, any concerns or post surgery questions are answered almost immediately giving complete peace of mind.
I would recommend him to anyone and am truly grateful for all he has done for me and in giving me my second pair of magnificent and very natural looking breasts.

An amazing talented surgeon.

I had been to a few consultations prior meeting Dr Marcellino and was told I would need an uplift as well as implants to achieve my goal, however when looking at the scars left behind with an uplift I was very apprehensive.
I did some research and found Dr Marcellino and thank goodness I did, I had my surgery on the 10th of December after many consultations with Dr Marcellino confirming everything I wanted and discussing the best options for me and it has been truly wonderful the whole experience.
Dr Marcellino and the whole team are highly experienced and so caring, from the minute I walked into the hospital up until I left and still now I can message and someone from the team gets back to me within a matter of minutes. As for my healing it has been a breeze! The incisions are minimal so I won’t be left with big scars like I thought I would have, and this was a big thing I was worried about. Very talented surgeon with a lot of knowledge, I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting surgery to use Dr Marcellino!

I am 5 weeks post op from a breast augmentation with a lift. So far the process has been great. I’m happy with my results and the after care has been great. 3 months post breast augmentation and I am feeling happier than ever! From the start Dr Marcellino made me feel super comfortable. He holds a massive amount of knowledge, so his advice was perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m 8 weeks post surgery and over the moon. I feel so lucky to have found Dr Marcellino after a couple of awful consultations that put me off getting the procedure entirely. My experience with Dr M was completely different - he has a very warm, patient and respectful nature, not to mention is incredibly knowledgable. He advocates for a natural look, based on your own proportions which is exactly what I wanted. I didn’t have a size in mind - I just wanted to improve the shape and lift due to losing weight and therefore volume. He was able to guide me on what would suit my frame - trust him because he knows better than you think you do! He tried different sizes during the surgery to find the perfect CC. They are just right and look completely natural. I was previously told I’d need a breast lift as well as implants but Dr M said he could achieve the same result without the unnecessary additional work and scars, which I’m so grateful for. For that reason it wasn’t a simple procedure but the results look as though it was.
I’m so appreciative of the amount of time he has spent on me pre and post surgery and the whole team have been there to answer any questions. I feel very confident recommending him to my friends, and anyone who asks!

I cannot express how great a surgeon dr marcellino is. I was a tough case after the ‘president of the BAAPS ‘ left me distraught after terrible results from surgeries. My breasts had had numerous issues from capsular contractures to bleeds on the implant… it was bad and left them very asymmetrical and painful. Not only that but I’d had t done lipo that was uneven, irregular and too aggressive in multiple areas. Id even gone somewhere else prior to revise and was still really unhappy. Dr marcellino never once told me what I needed to have done… he let me lead and was honest about what could be done and what he’d be willing to do.
Everything from prior to surgery to the day was amazing- he saw me a few times to plan it all and was so thorough!
On the day - the hospital staff were wonderful- I’ve been in way more than my fair share- they were all so lovely and kind. My surgery was long, I was treated so well, they catered for my allergies, kept me comfortable and really were more than I could have hoped for.
The aftercare I’ve received… I just can’t believe how much time dr marcellino gives! I’ve seen him around 6 times minimum since my surgery 9 months ago. My results are incredible- he’s resolved ALL of my issues and he’s a real life super hero to me! I have my confidence back, I trust him and his team completely and I’ll continue telling everyone to go to the best regardless of cost or simply don’t bother!! It’s not worth it if really isn’t trust me. I just wish I’d known about him before this journey of 20 years I’ve paid and spent time in. He’s truly amazing!!

I had an implant replacement plus lift this year. Wow, Dr Marcellino is a leader in the world of aesthetics and plastic surgery. Result exactly as I wished for. I got that beautiful curve I always wanted. Pain was minimum. His team consisted of one professional after another. Communication was paramount. Dr Marcellino was with me all the way. I will return.
