After many years and an obscene amount of money on treatments and products spent to remove my melasma and skin scarring/pigmentation (to no avail!) I went to Dr Medispa and have never looked back! Initially I met with Kay and had some wonderful facials and she really helped me and understood what I wanted to achieve. I then met with Dr Solomon and had the Cosmelan treatment, just wow! After 2 weeks I could see a massive difference and now 2 months on, my skin is almost completely clear! It’s a years treatment to commit too but it’s already going better than I could have hoped for. I W ould recommend them to anyone!! Sammie has also been a great help to me and so very kind. The entire team is amazing, professional and I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks again everyone! 😊

Elli has always provided me with excellent service. She is thoroughly knowledgeable with the products used and treatments offered. I would highly recommend Elli for treatments. She is fantastic!

Really helpful and explained everything to me clearly

I’m attending Dr Medispa for my skin pigmentation, and have to say that the treatment and customer service I have received had been first class from start to finish. I trust them and would highly recommend them.

I have been going to Dr Medispa ( in Loughton and the West End ) for over 3 years now. I have always found the staff to be so professional and friendly. They listen and advise giving their honest opinion. Their integrity is why I continue to go back and never look at another clinic.

I was dealing with very rare complications from the filler when I got in touch with Sammie of Dr. Medi Spa. I explained to her, how I had been suffering from discomfort and was looking for a specialist to help me.
She booked me to see Dr Somji and from the minute I met him for my consultation, I knew I was in good hands and he knew exactly what my face needed. He has a very calm demeanor with incredible knowledge of the face anatomy and a very steady hand. He did series of hylase treatments to melt the filler that was bothering me and recommended further treatment plan to build my skin.
Sammie is always very helpful and answers all my questions and has supported me throughout my treatments. 11 out 10 for my doctor and his team. His wife, Hinal is also very lovely. They always make you feel so comfortable and I look forward to going back every time. I am beyond happy with my experience. Thank you!

I honestly can’t recommend this clinic enough. My daughter had acne which really affected her confidence and after a few visits to the Loughton clinic, her skin is so much better and she feels so much better in herself. I can’t thank all of the staff enough, they are always so kind and helpful and the Dr is amazing. I always book with Libby who gives the best customer service and honestly can’t do enough for us. So thankful that we found this clinic and for the help they have given my daughter

Dr Somji and his team are the best in the business at what they do. I've previously owned a salon myself so I must admit I'm quite a fussy customer 🙈and know exactly what I want. I was very nervous to have threads to lift sagging jowls, having had a bad experience somewhere else, I needn't had been. Dr Somji is so calm, knowledgable and skilled at various types of threads and kept the pain to an absolute minimum . Kat was also there to assist him and completely made me feel at ease. Combined with fillers the results really are fantastic but still natural, family say 'you look well' not what have you had done which to me is the best outcome. All the staff there are friendly, professional and knowledgable, I know they do lots of other good treatments. They are so clean and Covid secure, I felt less safe when I left there! As I'm not getting any younger and probabaly no less vain, I'm sure I will be visiting them for many years to come. Well done everyone you deserve your continued success. Firstly Ellie is outstanding, knowledgeable and professional.
Ellie took the time to find out about my skin.
Not only, did she advise on all my skin concerns, but she elaborated and advised me on different procedures. Also what skincare treatments that can help me whilst I’m at home.
Ellie’s absolutely outstanding, I’m very particular in whom I trust, I won’t be going anywhere Else apart from Dr Medispa.

I have tatoo removal done by Elli. A very caring and professional young lady. She has a passion for the work she does. Dr Somji is very sincere and honest when recommending treatment. He is also very easy to talk to which really helps. All the staff are great and polite. A great place to come for aesthetics.......

I saw Elli yesterday for a Hydrafacial. She immediately put me at ease and told me what the treatment entailed. Throughout it all she explained each step and what she was going to do and what the benefits to my skin would be. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience and at the end of it my skin felt lovely and was glowing. I would definitely recommend the Hydrafacial as a treatment and Elli as the therapist to do it.

Had my first treatment with Dr Somji today, absolutely amazing, he explained everything patiently and was very knowledgeable, giving me advice and recommendations. He has a great eye and knows exactly what subtle changes to make. I am over the moon with the results. I will definitely be returning.
