Had tear trough filler with Dr Tapan Patel at PHI Clinic. Can't praise him enough. He is exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable and experienced. I knew within seconds of meeting him I was in good hands. It was over and done with in a matter of minutes and I felt virtually no pain whatsoever. A testament to his talent. Thank you PHI team and Dr Patel. Incredible clinic. Would highly recommend. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional. A special shout out to Ruby too who has been super helpful in organising this all for me. Thank you all so much! Very pleased with the results so far!

We have had such consistently positive experiences with Dr Anneka Shah at Phi Clinic. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and what stands out most is how much care she takes to prioritise safety and what genuinely works for each individual, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Every appointment feels thoughtful and reassuring. She takes the time to explain options clearly and never makes you feel rushed. On top of her professionalism, she’s incredibly warm and friendly, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. We always leave feeling well looked after and confident in the results.

Came in yesterday for a JetPeel facial with Jessica, the treatment was really refreshing and relaxing and my skin looked plump and hydrated, highly recommend and would recommend book again!

Write this review based on the lack of communication from this Clinic despite a reasonable waiting time from my side.

I had two different consultations one with Dr Aneka which performed my first treatment for which after the follow up appointment (10 days after the first injection ) I’ve raised some concerns and requested some Advice Due the lack of results given my expectations -
Not an answer so far which is quite disappointing. I’ve followed up via email twice but still nothing.

During our initial consultation She also recommended and additional treatment which I was inclined to consider but I wanted to have the procedure done by DR Patel instead- for this reason we agreed to book a consultation with him (almost £300 for 7 mins out of the 30mins booked and paid in full) from Which I never received a follow up email or plan - it has been almost 3 weeks now.

Prior the additional consultation with DR Patel, Dr Aneka also advised to use some Products to get my skin ready for
The potential treatment with him - one of them is the tretinol from Obagi (paid £130)- I bought it in October and I found out it expires in few months ( feb 2026) only 4 months left.. quite not right in my opinion.

I am truly disappointed by the lack of communication considering this was my first experience with them and with this world really.

I wound not recommend.

Silly me, I should have read the reviews before booking. My confirmed appointment, which was booked weeks in advance, was changed multiple times without prior communication or consent, making it impossible for me to attend. Now, they are enforcing their zero-refund change-of-mind policy!!!

When I emailed to challenge this, the person who rang me was aggressive, unhelpful, and hung up abruptly! To make matters worse, I then received an email from Dr. Davis reiterating the same, which, in my opinion, reflects poorly on their approach to customer experience. Trust and transparency are essential in any professional relationship, especially when it’s something so personal.

I’m more than happy to champion and celebrate good service, but it’s also important to call out bad service. It’s a no from me. Caveat emptor.

Have always had a great experience, most recently with Charlotte Guest. Would highly recommend!

I recently visited Phi Clinic for filler and Botox treatments, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Anneka was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. She made me feel safe and comfortable, taking great care in applying the treatments. Her attention to detail and expertise truly stood out, and I felt confident in her hands. Dr Bawa is extremely knowledgable and professional. At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision without all of the information and the results were fantastic!

I have been seeing Dr Tapan Patel since January 24. My review is somewhat late I am afraid, as I like to really make sure everything is good before I say so and recommend others. I should not have waited! Dr Tapan is ‘simply the best’. Lovely manner, experienced, skilled and very good at communicating and setting expectations for his Client. I went to him aged 59 feeling and looking tired and worn out, he has skilfully changed all this in a very natural way. He is expensive, but you know you get an excellent, safe job and when he provides such a lovely clinic and setting, I appreciate the pricing needs to reflect this.
Can honestly recommend this lovely gent. If like me you find yourself looking drained and worn out, Dr Tapan can help bring back the kitten you once were!

If you desire a natural but fresh look , PHI clinic is the place to go. I have been having fillers and Botox for over a year now , and would not go anywhere else. Dr Anneka Shah warm and professional manner, instantly puts you at ease . Making what could be a nerve wracking experience very comfortable.

Dr Anneka is absolutely fantastic. She is superb at her job and recognises exactly what is necessary and what will compliment you whilst still remaining yourself. Completely natural look. She is brilliant and so good at helping you feel calm and comfortable. I highly recommend her and the PHI Clinic.

After seeing Dr, Ivona Paravic, I have to say that she is the best dermatologist I have ever seen for skin rejuvenation and non-invasive cosmetic procedures, and she is deserving of all of the accolades and praises. She takes her time to understand the patients' concerns and wants, and conducts some through tests to decide the most suitable treatment for the patient, all with kindness and professionalism.

From the moment I walked into the Phi Clinic's beautifully white and calm reception, I felt sure that I was in the right place. I have been having regular botox injections and also some very subtle filler with Dr Manav Bawa who is quite simply the best. He is gentle and considered in his approach, making me feel immediately relaxed and has an amazing eye. He knows how much product to use and where it should go for wonderfully natural and bespoke results. From looking tired and drawn I now look fresh and rested - still me but a more radiant, vibrant version. I would not hesitate to recommend the Phi Clinic and Dr Bawa - the results are simply fabulous.

I had my treatments with Dr Ivona Paravic. My entire experience was absolutely fantastic! Dr. Ivona was so kind and professional. She explained every aspect of the treatment. I did not feel pressured into anything, in fact she actually advised me to take time to make my decisions on the treatment plan. My follow up treatment was just as good as my first appointment. Ladies (and gentlemen) l totally recommend Dr Ivona and the PHI for professional, caring and kind consultations. You will definitely not regret your choice!

I had my first filler treatment at the beginning of November with Dr Anneka. The procedure for the dermal fillers were explained to me in great detail, I was made aware of the risk and complications before the treatment started . I was also told how the results can vary from patient to patient and the results cannot be guaranteed as we are all so different. The improvements can last from 6-24 months . My first procedure was to treat my mid face as I had lost volume in my cheek sockets the fuller almost instantly gave more volume making my face fresher and plumper and the pain was very minimal.Dr Anneka was gentle with her technique never rushing and put me at ease at all times.
I returned to Phi Clinic at the beginning of December to tackle my lower face and predominantly my jowls that were very saggy .I’m pleased to say a week later I can really see the difference , so pleased . Initially after the anaesthetic wore off from the fillers I did have some mild swelling and bruising but after 24 hours that had reduced dramatically.
Dr Anneka has been incredible with her care in the clinic and her after care she messaged me to check I was okay as I’d had alot of treatment.

I cannot recommend Anneka Shah and Phi Clinic enough. Not only is Anneka delightful, but over the past months she has helped me completely revitalise my skin and face. She always listens, takes her time and takes huge pride on achieving natural results. She's given me back total confidence after experiencing a couple of heavy-handed practitioners (in other practices). Phi is not cheap by any stretch, but if you want to feel like you're in the safest of hands with the most skilled of practitioners, this is the place for you! Thank you lovely Anneka.

I always have such a professional but relaxed and fun experience at the phi clinic. Sarah is just fantastic. She is very informative, puts you totally at ease and explains step by step what will happen and how you will feel during and after treatment. She is empathetic and listens to your individual needs. I trust her implicitly and she takes photos for review. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
