I highly recommend DrMediSpa, the service is outstanding, professional and amazing! I have previously had facials and hair treatments and can not fault them. I even sent my niece there from Swindon, Wiltshire and she drove to Loughton and stayed with me just to get a hydrafacial - her comments were 'it was worth the drive!"

After the Covid lockdown I tried to get an appointment, however due to how popular DrMediSpa are, they must have been inundated with bookings and I could not get an appointment - me being desperate for PRP hair, I went elsewhere. The service at the new clinic was good, however they talked me into having a PRP facial and I agreed, and although they explained the sunken eyes (which I didn't think so) they explained that they can fix this and it would look nice, I agreed without checking and after realised it was tear trough fillers which I really didn't want - but my fault for agreeing! After a while my under eye vein did not disappear (llooked as if though I had a black eye) and the filler sat under my left eye, and this was described as 'tyndall effect' when I checked on the internet. I was very unhappy and in desperation called DrMediSpa and requested to see Dr Somji.
Dr Somji took one look and knew exactly what went wrong, he could even see two lumps on the sides of my nose (like bridges) and it didn't take him long to fix this within minutes - that same evening after a shower, I was so happy and pleased, previous to this the under eye use to swell after having a shower. I will never rush into going else where in desperation as this is one example of what can go wrong. Before I contacted DrMediSpa, I did go back to the previous PRP clinic to show them, they could not see what I was explaining and kept telling me that I looked really nice - trust me I looked worse, it was un-natural and I had a complex, every time I looked in the mirror I was angry with myself for agreeing to something I did not really understand or did not do my research on. When I was told I looked ok, I just thought I can't really trust this clinic to dissolve the filler and I could end up looking worse.

I am now looking forward to going back to DrMediSpa for my Regenerative Stem Cell (Hair treatment) in December and Dr Somji is going to do my face at the same time and also flush under my eyes (left with some kind of pigmentation due to the trough filler).
I must also comment on Ellie - she has looked after my skin with some facial procedures, she knows what shes talking about, very professional and experienced in her work.
Oh yes, not forgetting the reception staff and Elle - Thank you so much for a professional service - everyone welcomes me so well, the staff are pleasant and always make sure the customers are looked after. Elle gave me her direct email in case I have trouble getting any further future appointments and I now also have Ellie's. I'm nearly 54 and know that DrMediSpa is the clinic that I have confidence in, they will keep me looking young!
Anyone thinking of the treatments at DrMediSpa will not regret it, just go for it!

Always a pleasure to visit. No faults. I highly recommend and wouldn't dare go else where. A clinic where you can trust their oppinion, and work. They have never been money hungry like many places around. And they are Worth every penny. I have so much trust in Dr Somji, I trust his opinion everytime. He has taken me through a great transition and helped me to become my best version of my self. Just wish he could be my GP now .... 😆

Dr Solomon is one of the nicest medical professionals I’ve met. He’s very approachable and thorough helping patients to understand the recommended treatment plan and results. Everything was so professional and I felt really comfortable having my treatment for the first time. Jasmina was great with me and very knowledgeable.

I have struggled with my skin for my whole adult life and have tried various treatments, creams etc with nothing making a difference. I thought it was something that I would have to just live with. How going to any clinic can be a pleasurable experience is questionable but they manage it at DrMedispa from beginning to end. Dr Somji is professional but friendly and would make the most nervous feel relaxed. No pressure is placed to do extra treatments but excellent advice given if asked for. The staff on the reception desk are a great asset to the clinic. They are both professional and knowledgeable, friendly too. I highly recommend DrMedispa. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Way overpriced, nothing special. A lot cheaper out there for the same products and services. Microneedleing £250 stupid pricing.

Alice is fantastic at her job and has helped me with my skin journey. Can’t believe how far my skin has come since starting treatments with her 🙂

I had a Fire & Ice facial with Olivia. It is such an amazing facial. I have also had hydra facial and will be going for more!! Olivia has immense knowledge of skincare. Dee who is at reception is amazing, as she has a wealth of knowledge regarding treatments. Highly recommend this clinic, if you are looking for honest recommendations... .not pushy.

I travel 2 hours to get to the MediSpa in Loughton because it’s the best place to go for aesthetics.
A big thanks to Elle who’s amazing, professional and will go out of her way to help with appointments when she can. She’s definitely a credit to the team and great at her job.
Dr Somji will always listen to what you want to achieve and give his professional opinion to get great results. He’ll always make you feel at ease and welcomes you back if you have any questions.

My doctor was very friendly and really listened to what I wanted my lips to look like.Both Dr.Solomon and the nurse who helped were amazing and very professional.The only place I trust with my face!

I would recommend DrMediSpa to anyone who is struggling with bad texture, large, open pores and blackheads and body hair! To help my skin lovely Grace advised me to try iPixel resurfacing laser and Fractora treatment - which is micro needling combined with radio frequency if I remember correctly. I couldn’t be happier with my results. My skin never looked so smooth, pores are barely visible! Recently I’m having hydtafacials with lovely Pryia. She keeps my skin perfectly clean, exfoliated, hydrated and glowing. Pryia and Grace are also performing my Soprano Ice Laser Hair Removal - so the rest of my body can be as smooth as my face.
Every visit at DrMediSpa clinic is just such a great experience. You guys not only improve my skin appearance, but my mood as well :) I think it’s worth to mention, that Reception staff is extremely helpful too. See you very soon !
