I could give 0 stars if I could. Be aware of this company as they will take your money and then not send the item. Multiple emails later and still nothing. They turn off Instagram comments, Instagram messages, tik tok messages, tik tok comments so you are not able to call them out on their lies. They reply to emails begging you to wait for them even after months of waiting and no updates. I had to contact my bank and raise a dispute to retrieve my money. Please do not waste your time on this company. It is such a shame as I was so excited to try this tan

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered at the beginning of August and it was an order worth over £40, didn’t receive an order confirmation email, money got took out of my bank and not heard anything since! IT’S A SCAM!

Placed an order on their website in June, almost 6 months later and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent a few emails now and every single one has been ignored. I can understand and appreciate that they might be extremely busy and under staffed, but 6 months later and still not received my products is absolutely ridiculous. I think customers would have appreciated a simple email back or at least a TikTok video explaining why they hadn’t received their orders yet. Do not order from here!

Complete joke of a business! I first ordered in March and didn’t receive the tan and face drops till May. The tan was leaking & face drops had some sort of black fly/insect in the tube. I emailed them with photos but had no reply

As a new business I gave them another chance & ordered another bottle of tan in august which still hasn’t arrived! I was told some orders get missed but waited another month before emailing but no reply this time.

No refund or explanation! They have just shut down the website and turned off commenting on their Tik Tok page.

Ordered from here august 9th and still on November 18th waiting for my order! Numerous emails later still nothing they just ignore you! They have also tried to open another business on tik Tok @createyourowncosmetics how is it fair to rip so many people off and still try to take more money off others!!

I had issues with this company months ago where I paid £50 for a bundle and it took months to come and had countless emails ignored. I finally got the product so didn’t think much else of the business but it recently popped up on my fyp again with someone else complaining. I started looking into it again to see what else was being said I was feeling nosey. It looks as though due to all the bad reviews they may have closed down as the social media accounts have stopped posting and the website is closed. I think the owners though have decided to close dropdeadgorgeous and instead opened another business (probably another way to scam people) @createyourowncosmetics on tik tok is liv and cams old tik tok account!! Look on the drop dead gorgeous insta and follow the link they still have that says liv and cams tik tok it’s completely changed! Can’t believe these scammers think because one business fails they can start another!

AVOID!!! I’m absolutely disgusted, I ordered back in July - seen a tiktok that they were having delays so gave them the benefit of the doubt, I emailed a month after having not received my order and got a reply saying it would be with me ASAP , since then I’ve emailed multiple times and haven’t had a reply back from them. Absolutely shocking company - would avoid at all cost in the future!!

Absolutely disgusting service from this business. Ordered in June still haven’t received. After promise after promise my order was sent out I still haven’t received it and now they’re ignoring my emails, shock. I will NEVER order from them again (if they’re still afloat as a business because it’s SHOCKING) and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. AVOID !!!!

Ordered multiple times always had to wait 8+ weeks for items to arrive. Customer service is disgustingly poor. I made another order (they sent me a discount as they knew they messed up) new order was placed on the 2nd of august. I’ve had no update, Emails been ignored. Now there website has disappeared. RUBBISH.

I ordered on 3rd August and after 15 working days I emailed and was told the same as always “we’re short staffed due to covid “ it them took them a good few emails to actually say it had been sent yet there was no dispatch email or tracking number or anything ! I then asked for a refund or new tan sent out and told them I’d take it further if no response and I’ve not heard since that last email was send about a month ago! I’ve sent emails and Instagram dms and no reply ! Do not order !! Just scamming people out of their money it’s disgusting and scummy!! If I could give 0 stars I would 🤮 nothing better to do than scam people

For supporting them however I orders back in March and still not received my order chases my order with numerous emails and only had a couple of responses with the same message “we have had a high volume of orders and trying to catch up sorry for the delay” the website is no longer available and no responses to emails!! £40 down and no tan

Ordered back in August and never recieved my order! After sending loads of emails, with no response. Rubbish company, just taking your money!!

Ordered on 5th June, order was £59.99…. Still haven’t received an order. No offer or a refund anytime they’ve actually bothered to reply to emails they say the order has left the warehouse - lies. Even sent fake tracking number. Cannot fathom how this company is still running wish I read the reviews before ordering more fool me. Do NOT order!!!

ordered this tan about 4 months ago, emailed and told my order would be with me shortly, all emails i have now sent are being ignored, friends of mine that had ordered had received their order so i thought i would receive mine however clearly not, wouldn’t not recommend ordering

Ordered In March , heard absolutely nothing , emailed them repeatedly in may and finally got a response , took over 8 weeks for my tan to arrive , I honestly don’t think it would have arrived had I not have emailed them multiple times , when it arrived my tan was leaking , they told me they would partially refund my order , never received a refund.
They also have disabled comments on their Instagram and tiktok to avoid people highlighting these issues!!
The tan is quite good but I would never order again as it is potluck as to when and if you will receive your order

I ordered back in June and still haven’t received my items, it’s now October! I emailed a month after I first ordered and they responded saying I would get my items shortly, I then emailed another month later and was told the same thing. Then last month I emailed 2 more times and haven’t had a response. Money grabbing scammers. 😡🤬
