I ordered this tan for the first time in March it took over a month and I messaged them on Instagram and they replied saying due to covid orders were taking longer it finally arrived and the tan was ok the colour was nice but only lasted about a day! But because I liked the colour and it dries quick I re ordered on the 16th of August and have had nothing!! I’ve messaged them on insta and all it says is they don’t accept message requests which is shocking!!! It’s been over a month had no contact with them - I will be raising a dispute with the bank as this is a joke! Avoid at all costs.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! Ordered tan on the 26th of July and it still hasn’t arrived!! Sent emails asking where the tan was and received a reply saying that due to Covid orders were taking longer than expected. I asked for a refund which I have yet to receive. Absolute joke, customer service aren’t answering my emails anymore either. Don’t waste your time buying this tan as you won’t receive it and probably won’t get your money back!

Ordered my daughters tan on the 2nd Aug - still not received! When i first emailed I received a response but now they are just completely ignoring me! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!

I ordered a tanning bundle 12th July!
Still haven't received it and now we are in September! Can't get hold of them have left email after email asking for a refund to no avail! Company is a joke!

Ordered a tan in April, still hasn’t come. Emailed them, the customer service is absolutely shocking and you can’t get through to them. Only got a refund this week after 4 months of asking them where my tan is.
Don’t order, try sosu tan if you really want a good tan

If theres one piece of advice I could give its to avoid this place as far as humanly possible. They advertised their tan on TikTok to make people think it was one of a kind, me included, and it's potentially the worst purchase I've ever made. To start with, the order took over 3 months to arrive with no tracking details until I messaged them directly and took weeks to get a response. Over 3 months for 1 bottle of tan is beyond a joke, if you cant keep up with orders dont accept new ones. You would have thought for the price of the tan and the wait times that the product would be worth it, it's really not. It's orange, sticky, doesn't dry in, comes off patchy within only days of it being on. These con artists have also turned off their comments on social media so that no one can see how bad they are, and are flaunting their new range rover. Scam artists and sh!t tan, stay away.

Dont waste your money! I ordered a bundle in march and only received it the end of july. Email communication was awful as i stated i wanted a refund got no reply to then be sent the product anyway. To then put on the tan and to be the same colour i started with no development and an awful smell! The advertising on tiktok etc is obviously false as you do not end up the same colour she does. Extremely unprofessional owners and not helpful whatsoever

Sorry for the lengthy review but don’t waste your money! I ordered previously and it took a while but this was as they blew up so I let it go and I did receive my order and loved the tan, so when I came close to running out I placed an order on the 20th of July only for a bottle of tan which cost £23.98 which I noticed they upped the prices already but I still went and ordered it. So it states 15 working days so I waited for my tracking number which to today I still haven’t received, so after it got past the 15 working days and I still didn’t have a tracking number I sent an email which they said it will be with me next week so I thought okay great like obviously it’s been sent out. Then the following week it didn’t arrive so I thought it might over the weekend so I waited until the Monday and just sent an email saying like hey I got told my order would be with me by this date blah blah I still haven’t received it and they sent back an email which just seemed like an automated email because everything I mentioned just got ignored and it just said about a small business that blew up basically playing the symphony card so I sent another back and again they got back to me ——“your order has been sent out and will be with you very soon” at this point it had been about 5 weeks. So I sent one saying to cancel my order and asked for a full refund and they didn’t get back so I thought I’d try something else so I sent another and said can I have a returns label to send them the tan back soon as it arrives for them to send me my money back and within 10 minutes I got an email saying they would happily send me a returns label and refund me once they got the parcel but they ignored my other email? So again I got back saying how they ignored my email asking for a refund and they got back to me again with exactly this “As we said we are a small business that has been given such a massive opportunity and we appreciate it greatly.
If you could please just give us one last chance to send the tan because we truly do believe our product is one of the best on the market.
It isn’t even about the money aspect of it; it is purely because we are looking for life long customers not just a quick sale and we just know once you try it you will love it!
As you may have seen on TikTok the growth has been so fast and it is just one or two orders that have fallen through the cracks!”—— but I have given them chance and chance with the emails and today I have sent another email because it’s been 7 weeks and because they like working days it’s been 35 working days! Saying that I’m no further forward with anything still waiting on where my order is, and just stating that I don’t want to give them no more chances and want a full refund on my order I haven’t heard anything at all back yet but I am not going to stop and will email them every single day if I have too! I will eventually get my money back! The full customer service is horrendous and if they can’t keep up with orders as they have claimed all over social media they should stop taking orders or get more staff they can afford all this new stuff a car & a holiday so I think it’s just turning into a huge scam which is why they have turned all comments off on social media and they haven’t posted since the 31-08-2021 on Instagram and today it’s the 8-09-2021 because they can’t handle what they getting from everyone!!!

Placed an order for one of their bundles costing £54.99 on the 22nd June which on their website originally said shipping was 14 days. Waited a month after hearing nothing I Emailed asking to cancel and miraculously my order tracking was updated. Waited another 2 weeks as the tracking number for yodel just constantly said we’re expecting your parcel. I then emailed and was told it will arrive next week. It’s now the 8th September and still no order. Luckily I paid through Klarna as this was a relatively small business that I found through TikTok, so I haven’t actually lost out on any money and Klarna have cancelled the order today after 3 months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! they are continuously taking orders whilst saying they only have 5 members of staff on social media and at one point had 8000 orders to pack a ship but kept taking more and more orders on. They try to play the sympathy card of social media and have turned all comments off on their socials because of how many people were complaining about the terrible service. Honestly do not waste your time or money. Would rather stick to Bondi sands!

By far the worst company I have ever ordered from my order was placed the 25th June am still waiting for the item now I have probably sent them 20 emails each and every time it’s the same automated email saying I will get me order I have asked for a refund numerous times they don’t even act knowledge I have asked for one I have been given a tracking number which shows they have the order still and all they do is lie and tell me it’s been sent here it hasn’t for a company that sell around seven products in total I don’t underarms how there getting it so wrong or why there even still operating none of the staff have a clue what there doing they don’t actually have the products when you order not that the website states this they only reason I am aware is because their take to tic toc when their customers air their bad reviews on there maybe instead of asking customer to stop getting at them they should fix there issues and stop taking people money until they can using them excuse your a new business cant only go so far when you taking people money not shipping the items and sling nothing to fix the issue! I would never recommend or order again I will be charging back via my bank as fraud and would advise anyone else that has ordered to do the same then they have no option in the matter

Actually a terrible business, I ordered a bundle around June, it’s now September and I still haven’t received anything. There’s nothing you can contact them on, all there comments are turned off + there tan is overpriced and lowkey looks orange I wasn’t thinking straight when I ordered, I’ve asked multiple times if I could get a refund or cancel my order, and again no reply nothing.

I ordered £40 worth of tan from this company at the beginning of May and it’s now September. I’ve been in contact with them multiple times, each time promising to send my items but nothing shows. It’s almost been 5 months!!! Do not order from here as they clearly aren’t sending out orders.

I ordered from this website and i have been blocked on facebook as they have turned their comments off on instagram and they will not reply to my emails and messages. I have seen on the guys facebook who owns the fake tan brand along with his girlfriend that they have just bought a new range rover so it’s is very clear they are out to scam people!!

It’s ridiculous I’ve been waiting for 2 months for my order, still hasn’t arrived at yodel yet, they keep telling me sorry for the delay I will get it soon, I’m still waiting, turned all their comments off on social media because of how much hate they’re getting but I just want to warn people not to order from them and I hope they stop their business soon because they’re awful at running it!!

I purchased £40 worth of dropdead gorgeous items over two months ago now and still no sign of my parcel anywhere. DO NOT purchase anything from their business they are scamming customers for their own benefit. They are turning off the comments on Instagram and their tiktok account, I urge everybody to stay clear of this company. The only thing that makes me feel better is the fact that I am not the only person who has had this experience.
