Do not buy from this company!! I ordered In may and still haven’t received my items and when I’ve asked for a refund they haven’t responded to my emails!!

shocking, i ordered on the 18th august and still waiting for my order to come and it’s nearly the end of october, i emailed them plenty of times but they stopped emailing me back, so not order from here it’s literally a scam.

Ordered 3 months ago and no sign of the tan, ignore all your emails, big scam

Ordered this tan in may and still waiting!!! BAD service! Poor customer service and a scam, I want my money back!

I ordered this tan back in March. I have emailed them over 10 times now, at first would get a reply saying they were struggling with the suppliers & it shouldn’t take much longer now 7 months later and still no sign. Keep emailing and they’re now ignoring. Nothing I can do as I paid direct debit, so I hope they’re happy with the £40. Awful people, just admit your business went wrong and you can’t afford to pay people back

Had the worst experience possible with this company ordered tan in July still hasn’t come, however I paid via clear pay and phoned them up they have opened a case against them and they have 10 days to reply and then I will get a refund

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! still received nothing from my £50 worth of items from “DROP DEAD GORGEOUS TAN UK” ignoring emails, direct messages and turned off all social media comments!!!!!! THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING!!!! this company is still advertising their tan on Tiktok AND Instagram even though more than thousands have been ROBBED!!! This company needs to refund or there is going to be a HUGE lawsuit their way!!!!!!!!!

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered this fake tan 20th may and still have not received my order. They were fine replying to me when I was asking for updates but kept saying to give them another chance and that they are so so sorry. I did give them the benefit of the doubt as they are a small business. But after almost 3 months it’s not acceptable. So I email asking for a refund and they have completely blanked me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. thieves taking your money and not sending out the products. Absolute SCAM. I am so angry

Ordered from the in July was told it would be two weeks shipping wait which I didn’t mind I went away in august and come home to still no sign of the tan so emailed them was told it would be shipped ASAP and they even sent me a yodel tracking number which never updated still to this day it still says waiting for your parcel from sender. After numerous emails they kept promising it would be shipped till I demanded a refund as I’ve waited 3 months which is long enough. The last email I received was them saying there refunds are not processing properly and and they are in contact with the payment company who process refunds it’s just excuse after excuse this was three weeks ago and they haven’t contacted me since Disgusting company they have no intention of refunding people or sending product.

Please please don’t order from this company I ordered my tan on the 25th of July and It’s never arrived after numerous emails back of forth saying my order was coming when it wasn’t refusing to give me my £40 refund, they have now started ignoring my emails.i think this is disgusting and it’s unfair.so please be careful when ordering from this company.

Ordered with them on April 7th and still haven’t received my tan. After emailing them they have now stopped emailing me back so I have lost out on £50 with no means of getting my tan I ordered. Would not recommend at all!

I have never wrote a bad review before especially for small businesses but they have left me with no choice. I have been in contact with them since June 2021, I have paid them £64 and still not received my order.

They are no longer responding to emails when I have asked for order updates and the tracking number they provided never even worked. I paid through Clearpay and now raising a dispute through them, my advice would be to not order with this company as I see there is a lot of people in the same position as I am.

I have now noticed that they are no longer allowing comments on their social media posts, I understand as a small businesses these things can sometimes happen with suppliers but they should not still be accepting new orders - very disappointed.

Absaloute shocking company , I trusted buying from small business paid £50quid please no one waste your money I have reported them wish I had read the reviews first before buying don’t even deserve 1 star will fob you off with bull excuses emails etc will never receive your goods and Clearpay have allowed them to sign up Absaloute scam company

Absolutely awful company! Ordered on 22nd July! Said they had sent out my order, keep apologising and coming up with rubbish! It’s now 29th September and not replying to any of my emails! Asked for a refund and being ignored! This company is a scam and disgusting!!

I ordered at the beginning of August was told I would receive it by the 26th I emailed on 8th September after not receiving it I asked for proof which they couldn’t provide. A few days later admitted they haven’t Sent it requested a refund and they asked for one more chance it’s now the end of September and they are still ignoring emails and I haven’t received my £52 order. PLEASE AVOID

Haven’t received my item ordered on the 11th August and emailed so many time no response no other way of getting in contact with them as all social media has comments turned off wouldn’t recommend still trying to get my money back

Ordered 2 bottles of tan in July, it is now nearly October and still not received - noticed all comments are turned off on their social media. I’ve emailed numerous times and still absolutely no further forward. Spoke to citizens advice and would advise anyone else who has had this issue to report the company to trading standards! Scam!

Ordered on the 5th of July, still haven’t received keep sending me emails how there so sorry blah blah. Wouldn’t recommend at all! All the reviews seem the same also

SCAM, please don’t waste your time and money on this company. I order the tan in July and never received. Sent multiple emails and all the responses were a lie. Gave me a yodel tracking number but yodel never received my item. Managed to get a refund after telling them I was going to go to the small claims court if I didn’t get a refund. Quickest response so far this company. Replied within 24 hours saying my refund has been processed. Onside note I would of gone to a small claims court as the fees are little and they would of lost. Like to support up and coming businesses but they need to gain loyal customers not quick money and greed.

Absolutely dreadful ordered my tan on march 26th emailed them multiple times kept telling me it would be out within the week and there sorry that my order has fell threw the cracks even gave me a discount code for how sorry they were but still received nothing absolute joke if you ask me.
