Dropguys レビュー

The Agent was helpful and listened to my needs and came up with a reasonable solution that was helpful.

Dropguys were totally understanding of my cracked screen saver , and was happy to accommodate me with a new one

Very responsive

I’m not sure how they get such high reviews. Both the screen protector and the phone case cracked within days. There’s also very misleading advertising that they’ll guarantee the actual phone which is totally false. Go with a reputable brand or a ten dollar Amazon case. Drop Guys is expensive garbage.

Khamille answered my questions quickly so I was able to place the order knowing I was getting items before my upcoming vacation.
I am very pleased at the quality of the products. There were no issues attaching them to my brand new phone. It looks great!

Professional and timely response to my concern. Followed up as promised and I will continue to purchase and recommend their outstanding products.

Very easy to navigate the web site and order exactly what you want. Products delivered in great shape and easy to install. The quality of the product is great and exactly why they have a high rating. Highly recommended!

Great product! There was a glitch in my order which they fixed right away, no problem. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Great product. Great ordering experience. However, I was offered a $10 Amazon Gift Card to leave this review, which I guess is not cool.

Outstanding customer service. PROMPT! Answered me within a couple hours after hours. Stood behind their products and rectified the defective case.

Very reliable products and while I recently purchased, the magnetic ring stand is sturdy and seems like it will last.
I am especially pleased with their customer service. Fast response and very caring, understanding, and helpful with processing a return (I bought the wrong case for my phone). Khamille was understanding and helpful throughout the whole process.
Good products and good people behind them.

Man, oh MAN!

The Dropguys n' Gals, especially Khamille, are team of experts with knowledge, heart, soul and nothing but correct answers.

Khamille spent all the time necessary to making me understand how a couple of small items included in the attaching process of my new iPhone protector were meant to be used.

Not only that, she was an absolute joy to speak with!

The products these "Guys" manufacture are unparalleled, both in the integrity of the materials used and the science and precision necessary in working perfectly for whatever needs they are meant to enhance, improve and assure satisfied customers.

Not only is my iPhone case rated the highest among 200 other entities that produce iPhone protection by an international ratings organization, the commentary from customers made for fascinating reading while making my decision to go with the "DROPGUYS!"

Oh, and the company has a collective sense of humor, the likes of which are rarely seen in MOST other organizations. Their packaging is comedic, while showing their sincere to make a positive difference in the lives of their potential customers as well as their longstanding and recent customers.

THAT leaves one with a sense of knowing that these "Guys" give a darn about you after the point of your purchase.

DROOPGUYS...if you weren't such a big, happy family, I would ask my wife if we could adopt you.

WAIT! She's peeking over my shoulder and just said, "YES, we should adopt them. The WHOLE LOT of 'em!"

So there you have it. I hope this Review rang as positive as I promised to write, and that if you are at all on the fence as to what entity you wish to go to in order to get the Best of the Very Best in product, follow up and customer service, you can rest assured you've come to the right place.

Sincerely,

Benn - the newest member of the DROPGUYS' family as of this writing!

Dropguy’s cases have protected my iPhones through several series. Most recently my IPhone 17 Pro Max.
I appreciate the ease of ordering and great customer service. The quality of their cases and the 16 ft drop rating are so good, I don’t mind that they only come in black.

I ordered a phone case and it was the wrong one on my own fault. I contacted and asked for a swap and on a Saturday had an immediate resolution to the problem I had created. There was no hassle at all. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Shopping was easy, the prices were good, and I even took advantage of the free screen protector offer. My order arrived right on time, as promised! I highly recommend Dropguys!

Best customer service ever

Located this product from a recommendation on a website. Glad for that as it had all of what I need to protect my iPhone 17 Pro. Phone case, screen protector and camera lens protector went on easy and the look and most important the feel was excellent. Reasonable price for protecting my new phone investment. JThe reviews and the website made me feel confident on the protection I will receive from this product.

Excellent and fast response to my "wrong size" message. Very kind and generous resolution to the issue.
