Good afternoon Liz,

All the team here is saddened to hear that you feel the robe you received was poor quality.

We would be interested to learn why you felt the quality was poor and then try build on this.

Also, we normally are very proactive and respond to all requests to return a product the very same day as we have a returns portal whereby our customers can raise their own returns label immediately.

If you would like to provide further information to hello@drytino.com we can review your case and then provide further insight into this.

Good Morning Wayne,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us.

We appreciate all feedback, whether positive or negative.

We sincerely apologise for the difficulties you encountered with our returns process.

As you know, we offer free returns and strive to issue full refunds for all items returned in their original, unused condition as quickly as possible.

Our self-service returns portal is designed to facilitate easy returns, and it typically operates very efficiently.

Upon reviewing your account, we noticed that you reached out to request a returns label, but unfortunately received the incorrect link. We apologise for this mistake.

We’re glad to see that this issue was promptly resolved, and you received the correct information to return the robe.

Moving forward, we will ensure that all return portal links sent to our customers are thoroughly checked.

Thank you once again for your valuable feedback, which will help us improve our operations.

Good afternoon Corinne,

We are very sorry to hear that the robe has been lost.

As you are aware, we have made our initial investigation and the parcel was successfully delivered to your home address by Royal Mail, as confirmed by the tracking information and photo evidence.

As this was successfully delivered, but not received by you we then have to follow certain procedures which allow us to investigate further.

We aim to complete our investigations as quickly as possible, and from reviewing this case we can see that we have been in contact with you a number of times to resolve this quickly.

These investigations are still on going, however we will ensure we get back to you as soon as possible in relation to resolving this issue.

We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service, however we cannot control external factors that are beyond our control.

We are doing our utmost to get this situation resolved for you.

Kind regards

Emma
