Placed an order on Next Day Delivery paying the extra for this.
Email received from DPD yesterday morning to say they had received my order and was collecting it. Later that day email received from DPD to say that DS medical had cancelled the order.
Contacted DS Medical who stated that DPD would not collect any orders after the 20th December which is not true as we are recieving other orders from DPD no issues.
The man in phone then stated it was on their website that there are no deliveries after the 20th.
I have just gone through their site looked at their main delivery page where nothing is stated.
Having had to spend time searching there is one scrolling picture among there advertisement pictures at the bottom of their page stating this in writing so small it can barely been seen and you have to click on the picture to be taken to their page with the info.
Unless you look for this click on the picture which is amongst other scrolling pictures so disappears within a few seconds there is no way to see this.
Even in their main delivery page where it has the link to check delivery disruptions it states no disruptions for DPD.
I actually checked there Delivery Page before ordering being aware of the time of year I could have gone elsewhere when ordering if the Info was there on their delivery page and not hidden away.
If they are not delivering from the 20th then why send the order to DPD on the 22nd.
They have just lost a customer who is starting an event medical business so lost quite a bit of business.
Further to this the bloke I spoke to clearly could not care his attitude and tone of voice was abrupt and rude with a complete couldnât care less attitude.
Refund has been issued.
