I ordered trainers from DSP Shoes on 6 October 2025 and have had no updates or tracking information since. I emailed the company and only received excuses about “website verification” from Wix, but no sign of my order actually being processed or shipped.

It’s been well over a week now with no communication, no delivery, and no refund option offered. Very disappointing and starting to feel like a scam.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering until they can actually fulfill and communicate about customer orders.

Vor über 3 Monaten bestellt - keine Ware, keine Reaktion auf Insta-mails. Werden dies anzeigen!!!

Bestellung ist nie angekommen, hab sie im März bestellt. Das ist Betrug, keine Reaktion mehr, nach 2 Monaten ein Email, dass die Bestellung auf dem Weg ist, dann kein Tracking möglich, jetzt keine Nachricht mehr. Nie eine Ware erhalten. Wir gehen jetzt die nächsten Schritte
