We arrived well before our 4:30am check-in, only to wait over 30 minutes for a transfer bus that didn’t show up until after 5am. The driver was rude and dismissive — not entirely surprising considering he likely bears the brunt of customer frustration due to how poorly this operation is run.

We thought we had booked a secure car park just 2 minutes from the airport. Instead, we ended up in a muddy field 15 minutes away. Complete bait and switch.

Absolutely no customer care or accountability. This place is a total scam. Avoid if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Avoid.. pay the extra few Euro & park somewhere else.

Car park is dirty, full of pot holes, one old bus drops off and picks up whenever they feel like it. I waited over an hour when I returned from my holiday & I had to argue with the driver. Do yourself a favour and don’t give these people your business. Company needs to be investigated.

One star given because i managed to park close to entrance.
Carpark is full of pot holes, i really would not want to be in the carpark if it was dark, your car would be damaged.
In fairness we where quickly transferred to the airport, return journey not so pleasant.
On return i rang and was told vehicle was on its way, yes that was true however, there was quite a number of others waiting too
Once transfer vehicle arrived it was full with only 2 seats no luggage capacity 🤷‍♀️
Myself and another gentleman decided to take the seats to collect our vehicles and return for our passengers since we heard people had already been waiting over an hour.
I certainly will not be using this service again, i should have known since the price was only thing I looked at. Lesson learned for me.

Great price but that's about it, on our return we had to wait over an hour and a half for the bus to take us to the park and fly car park to get our car. When the small mini bus arrived it did not have room for all of us. There were about 16 people in total including a large family who were waiting for a couple of hours before us. The mini bus held 10 people. We had to ring a few times to get something else sorted. They told us that they would send a taxi bus to another area in the airport which we would have a long walk to and also told us to order our own taxi which they would pay for. In the end about 1hr 45 minutes later we had to sort our own taxi to the park and ride. Thankfully the company paid for it although it took 2 hours from we left the airport until we got in our car. Same length of time the flight from Portugal took. I do believe the company's larger bus broke down which caused the issue with pick ups although I really think they should have better coordination in place to accommodate issues like this and they should have sent a taxi bus to us straight away once they knew they would not have enough room. I don't think the money saved was worth the hassle. I will probably book something closer to the airport next time.

Please,be aware of this excuse of a car park,I was led to believe by reading there advert that it was in the grounds of the airport, well it's not ,it's a good 15 mins from the airport,then on arrival we arrived as only I can describe a dirt track,we parked our car avoiding pot holes everywhere, the limousine bus collected us(rusty transit)and dropped us no way near doors of airport, usually we unwind in airport with a bite to eat drinks etc, after check in, but it was all rush when we arrived inside the airport, which isn't nice when your preparing for a 4 and a half hour flight,our car was on my mind throughout the 7 day trip ,actually wondering is it safe,when we arrived home 7 days later it was a late flight,we arrived in at 2 o clock in the morning,we met another couple who also were waiting for the rust bucket transit,to collect us to bring us to the dirt track, (car park),the driver collected us but decided to smoke a cigarette and talk to another driver for at least 10 mins,it's well gone 3 o clock in the morning, and it was just us and the other couple on board, we arrived and I walked down to find my car,it was dark and actually quiet intimidating, my partner waited with our bags alone by the entrance, after finding our car ,we drove home tired and honestly traumatised over this car park,next morning when I went to get our luggage from our car,to my horror the dust was so thick on our car ,you couldn't make out what colour it was,I went to local car wash ,straight away,the lads hand washed it,few hours later I noticed dust was still coming through, following day I again got it washed,it was better but still bits on the body,I rang this young lady ,she informed me to email my complaint, I asked is there a manager,she said he's off till tomorrow, so I rang him and after my complaint, he told me the same,4 emails later back and forth, this company are obviously not taking my complaint seriously, I explained what had happened like I did here,but it's on deaf ears,last email they said have I pictures of the car when I collected the car,I told them it was dark,and after 3.30 in the morning ,I've sent them pics if my car the morning after,but I know now they have actually stopped any contact with me,anyway my message to anybody using this service, don't, don't, don't,it's not what it says,there's not even tarmacking it's a dirt track,

If I could give less I would. Shambolic business. Not remotely convenient to access. A scramble to board the bus at the airport. Not suitable for elderly people or people with travelling with children. Customer service is diabolical.

Was left standing waiting for the return mini bus for 45mins at 1 in the morning!
I rang as soon as I got there and they said 10mins, 30 mins later I rang back and they lied and said a bus had come and gone! When eventually they did show up, the driver,a bald foreign guy was incredibly rude. If you want to improve get rid of him for start. Do yourself a favour and don't use these clowns!!

Terrible experience from start to finish. Car park is in awful state. My car was covered in a thick layer of dust from a pot-holed gravel and sand car park. Needed multiple car washes to bring car back to previous condition. I will never use this park again. Transport to airport in filthy van.

Never again. The website misleads you to think you are parking at the airport. Not so, 20 minutes away. Long waits for transfer in dirty transit vans. The parking area is a mess, full of potholes and your car is filthy when you return. Do NOT use the bathroom. I cannot believe the filthy conditions they allow the public to use. The poor service caused stress at the start and end of our trip. They do not have enough vehicles for the capacity of travellers. Honestly wish I’d seen these reviews but again I felt misled into booking this place. Avoid at all costs - you won’t regret it.

Badly organised, rude staff, car park in terrible condition dusty and fully of potholes, very hard to get around in the dark no exit signs or lights, car was filthy after parking here, transit bus to airport in very bad condition seat belts not working

If I could give it a zero I would! Absolute awful need to get a new system and new bus drivers absolutely disgraceful!!!

Shocking service will never use again waited at zone 16 for 1 hour 30 minutes to be constantly lied to on phone

Absolutely a disaster on arrival at the airport I rang them they said it would be 10 mins at zone 16 I rang them numerous times and they made excuses for the bus not being there one being that we missed it. 2 hours later the bus arrived we then had a 2 and a half journey after this home so so stressful and completely unreliable absolutely no apology either. Please don’t book here it’s cheaper but not worth the stress

We arrived to Dublin 2 hours before our flight. On arrival to the car park we were asked to park our car and wait 20 minutes for our transit shuttle to arrive. This took almost 50 minutes leaving us no time to relax before our flight. When our transit shuttle arrived we were left waiting on other customers who had just arrived to park and board the transit. We felt there was no respect for customers travel times. The location is a reasonably long distance to the airport. Again, on our return we were left waiting on the transit shuttle. The lack of vehicles are letting the service down. I would prefer to spend a little more on parking closer to the airport with fast and efficient transportation.

Herendous do not use. If you do leave 30 to 40 minutes for bus to arrive each end.

Small efficient no frills business who answered their phone and brought me to the airport and back in a timely fashion.Staff were very pleasant.

A disgraceful service and a poor reflection on Dublin Airport. Smelly, dirty and unsafe shuttle vans..
