This company is not close to Dublin airport - rather a 20min drive down twisty roads. They have 1 minibus so if you miss the lift, you wait up to 35mins for the bus to return to take you to the airport. You also have to ring them to get picked up again and that was a 5-min phone call trying to make them understand my name and registration no. Not what you need after a 3 hr flight and in the middle of the night. Do yourself a favour and don't use this business.

We bkd this via purple parking Firstly it is not as close to the airport as they claim.On arrival you have to wait to follow to a parking space leaving ur luggage outside this waists 20 mins.Then u have to wait for a minibus to take u to the airport the whole thing took nearly an hr.The carpark is rough full of old scape vechiles and full of potholes no lighting or signage.The minibus is thilthy and very rough no working seat belts please avoid

If I could give this zero stars I would!!! AVOID at all costs. 50 minutes to leave the car and the van to drive us to the airport! Rude staff and they barely speak English. Good luck to drive your car there, the space is an absolute disaster. Be careful to not break your car's suspension.
You need to call and wait for them to collect you. It is a joke. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Terrible experience during return to Dublin. I rang them 2 times and somebody asked if i was at the spot 16. I said i will be there in 2 minutes as i was walking, then they said to ring them when i get there. What i did but nobody picked up. Then i saw 20 people there waiting and ringing them for the minibus. The minibus came and it was obvious that only some people can get in. The other ones had to wait for another 40 mins or longer, for the next round. I had to leave my family at the airport to sit on the floor of the minivan, when driver was going 100km/h. I literally run to my car, not waitinng for any further minivan to drive me around parking ground. I found my car and literally run away as was scared of these dodgy guys, cursing in russian.

Avoid!! Left waiting in cold for an hour on arrival, was repeatedly lied to by man on the phone promising there was going to be a bus in five minutes. Buses are wrecks and only one bus running at an time.Only thing that was in any way worthwhile was the driver who was taking the brunt of the abuse from angry customers. Nice man who hopefully gets a job with a decent company some time soon. Avoid at all costs.

Got off plane and out of terminal at 1050pm with partner and 2 children and waited 20 mins for a bus to arrive. Incredibly they sent a minibus so not enough room. No queuing system in place so people that came after us managed to barge in front. Told another bus would be there in 5 mins by driver. After waiting another 20 mins a bus arrived. Got on and bus didn’t move for 10 mins. All in we weren’t on the road for 50 mins. Worth paying a bit extra and avoiding this chaos especially if travelling as a family

Worst airport ever. Terrible location, forces traffic and extra travel with little to no public transport options for most of the country. Absolutely nothing to eat in the entire airport. Departures sell an undercooked boiled breakfast for E20. One deli near buses in arrivals, never found anything edible in there, again boiled then thrown out under a heat lamp.They expect a tenner for the pleasure. Greedy Ireland at its finest, sh**hole!

Picked up from airport in a small smelly mini van by a bald man who was EXTREMELY RUDE and made myself and my partner very uncomfortable. His driving was dangerous and tried to charge us extra for bringing a case on the bus which is not stated in there t&cs. What do you expect while picking people up from an airport ???? :/ Will never use this service again.

We travelled from airport back to our car in park and fly on the 13th of January late evening..a little white mini bus pulled up for us..and the driver was very rude and ignorant to everyone on the bus..there was my self my wife and my 13 year old son and our 7 year old daughter travelling together. My daughter was petrified and cried the whole way while been on the bus as the driver was speeding and was so rude to everyone. I definitely won't be using this service again.he definitely should not be aloud to drive a mini bus or any kind of bus full of passengers.

Terrible experience. Left me and my family with 2 small children waiting for 1hr 30 mins at 11.30pm. No allocated waiting place and when they eventually they allowed a full bus load of people who arrived later than us to go on first and left us in the cold again. Never again. Far enough away from airport and country roads so we got caught in icy conditions going down, dangerous fog going home. Staff were not very kind or helpful and the seatbelts were all broken. Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience from start to finish. The location is inconvenient, and the drivers were rude and reckless. Traveling with a 23-month-old, we felt unsafe and almost missed our flight due to delays. On the return, the driver shouted at us and refused to help with my backpack, despite space in the boot. Completely unprofessional and not customer-focused—avoid at all costs.

Terribly Terrible Terribly service!!!! Slow. No one knows what’s going on! Buses to airport come at random times. Waiting outside in the cold. Absolutely terrible service!

Abandoned at the airport and no one answers the phone. Absolutely disgraceful customer service just want the money.AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Van which transferred to the airport was held together with tape at best, and car park is nearer Galway than the airport.

Wish I had of read these reviews before I booked!! Service nothing to do with Dublin airport, I lost out on parking price and booking fee that I paid online and had to pay AGAIN to dublin airport staff (who were helpful, but it was basically my problem to sort out). I had to pay same fee again to remove car from short stay T2 parking. Shocked to have been caught up in this and wish I had not have booked online like this. AVOID at all costs! Told unlikely to get a refund & if I do I'll update this review.

The most dodgy, unreliable, uncontactable, weird company in the back end of no where. Couldn't get hold of the bus to collect us from airport, waited and rang numerous times before we got the bus. On arrival to collect the car I was made wait on my own in a dark yard while my husband got took for the car. No English speaking or even Irish workers working here that we came across. Definitely doing something corrupt through this car park. Pay the extra and park at the airport.

Another customer whose money they stole. Cancelled my booking the day before I was due to fly and refused a refund. Avoid at all costs!!!

Would never use this company ever again pulled up to the area to park the car it was a s**t show all standing talking not given a notion to what is going on was told pick up was zone 16 waited over half an hour in the freezing cold with my kids tried to tell us he was waiting on us for 15 mins although we arrived before he even did car was left in an absolute mess avoid this company at all cost complete and utter shambles of a business

Horrific experience. Dangerously full bus to Carpark. People sitting on each others knees. Do not book this site.

No refund issued after cancelling my booking. Every follow up email I send about my refund is either ignored or I'm told the refund will be with me soon. 1 month later, still waiting... Happy to delete this review if I ever receive my refund. Until then, chargeback has been submitted and I have reported the website
