custom-made necklace
This is my first order, and it is a custom-made necklace. However, there were either insufficient details provided or some important information was withheld! It states that a maximum of 20 characters can be used, but when receiving the necklace, everything is reduced in size, and there was actually space for much more. Additionally, there was no option to specify whether I wanted the text to be placed in the center or at the end. In my case, it was placed at the end, and it was not aligned properly. Furthermore, the clasp for closing was placed on the left side, which means the wrong side was used. This was very unprofessional. Since it was custom-made, I cannot return it. I was quite disappointed, even though I should have been excited. Given the price, I had expected better quality.

23 december de bangle & clover armband besteld. In jan gemaild waar mijn bestelling blijft, werd mij toen gezegd het heeft 15 werkdagen levertijd (had ik over het hoofd gezien). Halverwege januari weer gemaild waar mijn bestelling blijft, mail ontvangen dat ze in die week worden verstuurd. Eind januari nog niets ontvangen weer gemaild.1 armband lag klaar en de andere armband was niet goed gegaan, deze gingen ze opnieuw maken en over 2 weken na sturen. Excusses en 20% korting ontvangen omdat het zo lang duurd en ik niet netjes op de hoogte ben gebracht. Op 17 maart nog niks gehoord en ook niets ontvangen wederom een mail gestuurd waar mijn armband bleef,18 maart reactie ontvangen dat deze nog in productie staat, maar dat ze het wel kunnen begrijpen dat ik van de aankoop afziet. Voor dat laatste heb ik dus gekozen. Ik geef ze 1 ster omdat er wel snel op je mail gereageerd wordt en dat ze met een kleine tegemoet koming kwamen. Maar vind het wel heel slecht dat ze mij niet uit hun zelf op de hoogte hebben gebracht dat de productie van de armband 2 x fout is gegaan en dat ik nog langer moet wachten. Helaas heb ik er geen vertouwen meer in dat het de derde x wel goed zou gaan met de bestelling van de clover armband.
