I would like write a positive review about the Ducett company and the experience I had with them. I recently purchased a mesh bracelet and several nameplates of my precious grandkids and several charms to go with it. I expressed my concern with them as I noticed that they were not sitting properly on the bracelet without them moving around. They sent me additional stoppers to prevent that from happening without charge. Amazing! Last week when I put the bracelet on my wrist it fell down and the clasp broke. I wrote them and told them about my experiences and they are sending me another replacement bracelet for free! What an amazing service and company for doing that. Very impressed!
