We take feedback like this very seriously, however we cannot currently locate any order, message, or record under this name.

We respond to all customer enquiries and orders placed through our website and TikTok Shop are processed and dispatched within our stated timeframes. If something has gone wrong, we would absolutely want the opportunity to investigate and resolve it quickly.

It’s great to hear the snow foam lance and spare bottles arrived quickly and that you’re impressed with the build quality. The wide bottle neck and quick-release adapters are small details, but they make a big difference when you’re using the kit regularly, so it’s great to hear those features are working well for you.

We’re also glad the Kärcher adapter is fitting perfectly and making attachment changes easy. Even better to hear you’ve already come back for the dilution bottles — that kind of support means a lot to us.

We’re genuinely disappointed to read this review, especially given that it leaves out key details that were central to the conversation.

You contacted us regarding a bottle of Flex Polymer that you stated was gifted “over a year ago,” but you were unable to provide any proof of purchase — not an order number, not a receipt, and not a confirmation from the person who gave you the gift. Proof of purchase is a standard requirement for any business, and we cannot verify product age, storage conditions, or warranty eligibility without it. We apply this policy consistently to every customer.

Regarding the product condition: as we explained privately, Flex can thicken if stored in cold or fluctuating temperatures, especially over extended periods. You informed us it was kept in a garage, and while you say it was “temperature controlled,” we have no way of confirming this — again, because no purchase details were provided.

Our team was polite and clear throughout the communication. Asking for proof of purchase is not “terrible customer service”; it’s responsible business practice. We stand behind the quality of our products, but we cannot issue replacements for items we cannot verify.

If at any point you can obtain the proof of purchase from the person who gifted it to you, we will be more than willing to review this again. Until then, we can only work within a fair and consistent policy for all customers.

We absolutely welcome honest feedback — positive or negative — as it helps us continue improving. However, describing people using offensive and body-shaming terms is not acceptable, and we cannot endorse or engage with that kind of language.

In regard to the fragrance itself: scent is highly subjective, and while our New Car fragrance is extremely popular with the vast majority of customers, we understand it may not suit everyone. We would have been more than happy to assist you directly, arrange an exchange, or recommend an alternative had you reached out to us.
