Duffy's Toyworld レビュー

Great selection of toys so delighted I found your web page. It’s arrived safely and are already being enjoyed by grandchildren.

No hassle or difficulties, very fast delivery.

I have to say that my experience was outstanding customer service . I contacted via e mail a few weeks before Christmas looking for an out of circulation Playmobil set . I was answered immediately despite it being a Sunday to say they would check warehouse on Monday and get back to me . They had one left in stock and e mailed me Monday with this news it was in post and with me by the Wednesday . The service was fast and very personal . I e mailed them a thank you and got a reply back. When I looked for soldiers to go with the playset they did not have them but e mailed the German Playmobil stockists for me . I have to say they give a very attentive and personal service and I have since purchased with them above Smyth's as they give a very friendly service and deserve the custom.

I recently ordered several items from Duffy's Toy World for Christmas, and I couldn't be more impressed! Everything arrived quickly and in absolutely perfect condition, exactly as described. What stood out to me the most was their attention to detail and excellent customer service.

When there was some uncertainty about my address, they didn't just guess—they personally rang me to verify the details, ensuring there were no delays or mistakes. This kind of care and dedication is rare these days and truly sets them apart.

I highly recommend Duffy's Toy World for their reliability, excellent communication, and top-quality products. I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Thank you for making our Christmas extra special! 🎄✨

Incredible choice of beautiful toys. Some quite unique. Prices very competitive but hard to beat that person touch from family business. Great help and not pushy from the lovely girl mother of 3 boys
