I have purchased 4 sports crops from Duke the Label. I am very happy with the items. They fit well and I am tall so the length is important. The material is soft and firm and does not irritate (I have sensitive skin so rarely find I can wear anything other than natural materials). Washes really well.
The service was good but I must say I do not like being addressed as Lovely ;) - I can put up with that though for the quality of the products.

Although you are buying online you are able to find out exactly what your size is by determining your current bra size. I am a 18g and feel very supported in my bra. Will be buying another bra very soon. I also love the sizing.

A very honest review. Some very good points and one frustrating thing that felt like a let down but has not deterred me.

I've placed a few orders and I love the leggings (they still roll a little on me but nothing like every other pair of leggings does!), the shorts, the t-shirt style top I got was great. The sports bra and singlet sits a little funny on me but that's probably my body shape, I'm short with a short torso.

I had a wonderful experience with customer service where they helped me get the bag that was part of a sale, and the bag is great so I appreciate that.

My frustrating part was when an item that stated it was in stock wasn't included in my order. I reached out to check why and was told it was out of stock. I was told they'd be back in 1-2 weeks and then didn't hear anything, so I reached out 2.5 weeks later (which was around Christmas time so obviously busy etc) and didn't get any reply, so reached out again early Jan and didn't hear anything, I then reached out on IG and was told it would be prioritised and then it was finally sorted. So that was disappointing because my experience with their customer service had previously been very positive.

But, I'm sure they have worked on improving things, I know that they are a growing company (especially at sale times). I do really like my items and Rhi the owner is very sweet. I'm pretty sure I'll be buying something when new items drop.

The leggings are wonderful. Soft but supportive and wash very well. But the best was the bra, I have a lot of trouble getting bras that fit and are comfortable. These are fantastic and I will be buying more. Thank you for the work you put in to make sure every size is catered fpr.

These are definitely my best/favourite leggings, great wearing and fit, also a great company to deal with 10 out of 10

I was a full blown sceptic of the no roll down leggings. I’ve tried many well known expensive brands and they all failed. I fully expected the same from DTL. What I experienced was the complete opposite. They fit snug, shaped and cinched in all the right places, no see through show when bending over and lastly the waistband did NOT MOVE!! I was floored. I’ve now gone back and purchased another 4 pairs. My only complaint. We need more colours 😂

A lovely company to deal with. The whole process from placing my order to receiving my Body Sculpt Leggings was seamless with great communication from the very start and in a warm, personal yet professional manner.
The leggings are a high quality material, well made and designed to feel very supportive for my larger pear shape body.

My main purchase has been the shorts in just about every colour and i absolutely love them, they are the most comfortable shorts ive owned and refuse to wear anything else to the gym and are always a go to staple.

Its hard finding active wear that fits and looks good when your a big girl but DTL is smashing it 🔥❤️

I made my first (and only) order on Dec 25, which arrived about two weeks later. Unfortunately, the "big bust" sports bra doesn't actually cater to large breasts (forward-projecting), but large overall busts (fat all around the chest), so did not work. I went through the refund process, and paid for the items to be returned by Australia Post.
And then I waited.
Two weeks later, after not hearing anything back from DTL, I messaged to enquire about my refund. I received an AI reply apologising for the 'frustration' and claiming that there had been a 'problem' with the refund. I paid through PayPal - all they need to do is click a button. It's not complicated.
I gave them another week - still no refund. I emailed them again, and received a copy of the same AI response.
So I escalated it to a PayPal claim. Suddenly DTL emails me, saying they want to refund me but can't while there's a PayPal claim open. 🙄 Refusing the refund in the first place, and now refusing to participate in the PayPal claim process - two huge red flags. After more back-and-forth today, they have said that they will contact PayPal and approve the refund - but I'm sure they'll wait until the very last second, if ever, to punish me for forcing the refund...
I'm not sure if I'll ever get my refund, and I'm sure the owner will reply here with another sob story about processes outside of their control, but realistically, this is not the way to run a business. A genuine reply from the start and a real effort to refund returned items is all it takes.
