Nice unit, it’s worked great so far…

Seriöst och bra företag som bryr sig om sina kunder. Otroligt snabb leverans och produkten kom fram i gott skick och felfri. Allting fungerar som det ska.

Great product, everything I expected so far. The only thing was that it took a long time to get my order and there were no updates on status or shipping information. The status sat at “Ordered” for probably 2+ months, with no updates. I was about to contact customer service to see if there was an issue, when my order arrived without any indication, the next day.

My father loved his gift! It was above and beyond what he wanted in a watch winder. He described it as a luxury.

As the buyer, I was very impressed with the timely delivery. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks!

Great customer support. I initially ordered a different watch winder but they didn’t have it in the european warehouse so they offered me a different option. I wish I knew that before I actually ordered it, but they reached to me fast enough to organize new order.

The watch winder is a very good one. It does everything it is supposed to do. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.

Great product it was shipped on time!

The Dukwin winder is junk. Falling apart on arrival. Pieces falling off, the face falls out of the cabinet. Then to add insult to injury, no one will return my correspondence as to how I resolve the problems with their product.
It won’t let me attach photos or I would.
My advice, stay away.

My order was out of stock and was notified immediately for a refund or wait a couple of weeks to deliver. I opt out to wait. Product came, it had a little damage but Lisa sent a part replacement a video on how to change it. All in all very good customer service. Lisa was very helpful.
