You sold me a damaged winder. One of the 3 winder is not winding and now I have to either fixed it myself or return it to be fixed. Either way is inconvenient for me. My question is how come you didn’t know the device is faulty. Didn’t you do quality control of this device before selling it to me. I AM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS

I bought an unit (green colour) a few months ago and loved it so I bought another one (red one) but this time the quality is not the same. The finishing quality is little off, the watch holder came off loosely and doesn't really fit well, etc.

It came in damaged and I cant get anyone to repsond to request to correct the problem

Just purchased the 12 Watchwinder from Dukwin website. Arrived on time, price was right. Setup was way easy, excellent packing. Beautiful finish, easy to operate, remote control works great. Absolute quite motor, no noise whatsoever. Love my product. If you are automatic watch collector, you need this. My watch collection is growing, may need to get one more soon!.

This is an excellent value even though the price was lowered a day after I ordered mine. The only thing that needs improving is the legibility of the settings on the back. One needs a flashlight to read them.
