The product was as described, easy to order and fast delivery

Customer service was prompt and has exceeded my expectations. The product came with a blemish, bit the company has met all requests to remedy the situation quickly. The product itself is beautiful and my husband loves his birthday gift. I would highly recommend!

Received watch winder which I did not like and wanted to exchange for a more expensive mode. After seven emails(only way to communicate) Dukwin would not pay for return shipping charge($70) and then charged a restocking fee. Their communication and customer service is Horrible and I do not suggest buying anything from them.

My watch winder stopped working. I contact the support team. They sent the new module for replacement. They also sent the link which show how to replace a module. Top notch service I say.

I’m very happy with my Dukwin watch winder. It’s compact and easy to bring along when I travel, yet it feels solid and well-made. The motor is extremely quiet, which is a big plus since I can keep it in my bedroom without being disturbed. I like that it offers multiple winding directions and four different modes, making it a good fit for my watch. Overall, it’s a reliable and well-designed winder that does exactly what I need.

Well communication and replacement process.

Very happy with shipping and delivery. Case looks great. Motors are quiet and looks great. Only con is the light flickers a little.

I wanted to use the winder for a while before I reviewed it so I could give honest feedback.
I was looking for a new watch winder and needed to find the right one. Number of winders, functionality and price were important and so was meeting all of my needs. I'm the type of person that researches everything in detail. When I found the Dukwin 4 Watch Winder, it seemed to check all of the boxes.
I had a ton of questions and every time I contacted customer service they were quick to respond with all of the answers. It looks great and arrived in perfect shape. I needed to wind 4, have a drawer and the ability to display other watches that don't need winding. Check, check and check. This is the only one I found with everything I needed at a fantastic price. It's so quiet I don't even know it's turning. It's in my office but I could put it on my bedside table and it would not bother me at all. The drawer has a lot of room and the watch holders are very adjustable. My watches fit without a problem. I'm very happy to have found the Dukwin and I would recommend it to anyone. As a matter of fact, I already have.

The winder looks great and is a clever design. I like how I can daisy chain them. The only issue I have is screwing the cover on can be tricky.

Great product and wonderful customer service. I had some concerns about the quality and everything was resolved beyond my expectations.

Excellent watch winder, extremely quite and well made. Only downside is with the round glass dustcover. The threads are finicky to get engaged. I would recommend using a magnetic system verses the threads. Would be appreciated by us older folks whose hands are no longer rock steady.

Couldn’t be happier! Beautiful case and works great. My Time pieces are happy.
