I’m received the watchbox damaged but the seller was more than accommodating sending a replacement knowing it was a Christmas gift and wanting to make sure the recipient received a quality product.

Dukwin was very helpful in finding a solution for my husband's watch storage. The watch bracelet band was a little too small for their rotating holder, so they suggested a way to remove a small part of the support, allowing the watch to fit! Thank you for the great customer support.

I reached out with questions about return policy since my purchase is a gift and they were timely and very understanding. They asked for my order information and are allowing an extension to their return policy so it can be a Christmas surprise. Shipping was timely and it’s a gorgeous piece so I don’t see us needing to take them up on it though.

The dukwin is a good product well made and elegant. Cons my winder didn't have a key. So I can't secure it

Bei meinem U-Beweger haben sich nach nach einiger Zeit mehrere Motoren in der Drehzahl deutlich verlangsamt. Teilweise nahe dem Stillstand. Obwohl im Gleichlauf eingestellt. Da die Verlangsamung ein schleichender Prozess und nicht sofort auffällig war, habe ich scheinbar zu lange mit der Reklamation gewartet. Die 12-monatige Garantie war um einige Tage überschritten. Diese zählt übrigens mit dem Versand des Gerätes. Also unabhängig vom Empfang. Man hat mir nach einigem Schriftwechsel die Zusendung (50 € Kosten für mich) von 6 Motoren zur Eigenmontage (Austausch) zugestanden. Anhand eines Youtube-Videos konnte ich mir schon im Vorfeld ein Bild über das "Innenleben" des Gerätes machen. Ich habe dankend abgesagt. Mein Fazit: Aussen hui, der Rest pfui....

The soft cushion pillow fits the Dukwin watch winder perfectly. I have a very small female wrist and the soft cushion moulds into the watch, making the watch winder usability to both male and female automatic watch storage.

Bought my 2nd Dukwin Watch Winder having filled my first one. This time I went slightly larger but in the same stunning piano black finish. Could not be happier with the product and the customer service was incredible. The quality and finish of the winder is amazing and such great value for money. I am sure I’ll be in the market for another one soon.

I ordered the winder as a gift for my grandson after giving him a Rolex Datejust for college graduation. Astetically it looks nice but we have not had a chance to see if the box will actually keep the watch wound properly. I use Wolf Designs boxes for all of my automatic watches. Jury is still out on your bix.
