Absolute scam! Avoid at all costs.

​I strongly discourage anyone from using this service. They essentially stole my money.
​I placed an order and received tickets that couldn't be verified on the airline's website. I contacted support, and they issued "new" tickets, which had the exact same issue. After my second complaint, they sent a third set of tickets, but this time they added a random third destination to the itinerary.
​Since they failed 3 out of 3 times, I requested a refund. They promised the money would be back in my account within 7-10 business days. It has now been over 10 business days, and I haven't received a cent. To make matters worse, they have completely stopped responding to my messages. This company is a fraud.
​Order number: #174473

UPD: after the review, the company informed me that the first refund had failed and they made a new transaction. After a few days, I received a refund.
