Very detailed info and feedback given


Very detailed info and feedback given during the eye examination. Plenty time taken in helping to choose frames - I have a tiny face and always find it difficult to find small frames in the kiddies section that aren't plastered with cartoon characters. Their patience paid off - I got two nice frames for vary-focal specs.

Great service.

Great, friendly service. No lengthy waiting and a friendly welcome. Tests were all explained and non-evasive, the advice was clear and informative, would recommend happily to my family and friends.

Excellent

Westhill, Aberdeen branch. Excellent service from optician Amanda, did a few more tests than at my old optician and glad for them to do as many as they can to get the correct prescription.

Excellent standard of service

The eye exam I had recently was carried out by Roisin. I found it to be the most thorough and comprehensive eye test I have had. Roisin combines professionalism with a natural, relaxed and friendly manner. She is a credit to this organisation. Thank you.
