Ordered, paid two months ago and still no furniture

We ordered a patio set on November 24, 2024. According to my account on their website, my order still says unfulfilled. Money ($1700.00+) has already been paid

I contacted them once last month and was basically told that because we bought the the set during a sale they were having that we go to the end of the line for delivery. Basically she said that we shouldn’t complain about waiting because we got a good deal. This is the worse customer service I have ever seen.

Although we strive to get all our orders shipped out asap, sometimes natural disasters and or being short staffed can affect our shipping timeframes sometime. Great Customer Service

I ordered several adirondack chairs from a few companies. Duraweather's were by far the most comfortable and sturdy of the ones I bought. I had a few issues with assembly for one piece and the customer service was so helpful! They were polite, prompt, compassionate and fair. I am thrilled at their level of service and their products! Will shop from them again.

Over the top Customer Service!

Hello Again!
If Duraweather is not your "go to" for outdoor furniture you are shopping at the wrong location!
I want to express our gratitude for the great customer service received from DuraWeather, Mr. Hainz in particular. A shipment for some additional parts ordered were shipped to our location and promptly delivered to the wrong address;although properly addressed by DuraWeather. The unexpected was receiving the replacement parts again after thanking the company for sending the parts although I didn't receive them. This is beyond expectations and was not their responsibility to replace them.

The Perfect Fit!!

I’ve been researching Adirondack Chairs for 2 Summers Now!! I had it Narrowed down to 2 Companies
choosing Dura Weather as my Choice!! For whatever reasons
I Kept going back to their Website before making my Final Decision!! And WOW
I couldn’t have been any more Pleased!! These King Chairs are So Relaxing and Comfy!! They
Are Built to last a Lifetime as the Website says!! I’m a Skeptic when it comes to things
Not with this Company Any longer!! Jack Pot!! I’ve found the Perfect Chairs to Complete our Back Porch!!
Oooh yea
We also ordered the Round End Table to accompany the Chairs
It’s Just as Awesome!!

Great furniture built for comfort

I have been gradually replacing my wooden deck furniture that is rotting or damaged by bees. We stayed at a resort with DuraWeather Poly furniture and were impressed by how it looked and how comfortable it was. There is a lot of furniture that is really not designed with comfort in mind. As you look at DuraWeather's furniture, notice the curves designed to cradle the body. We have found less expensive poly furniture. However, they do not have these design features and are too uncomfortable to spend much time in. So far we have purchased two Adirondack rockers and a chase lounge. All look fantastic and are quite comfortable. We could lounge in them all day! Also, we received the furniture much faster than we expected based upon the estimates given when we ordered.

Terrible company to do business with

Terrible company to do business with. We purchased a $3299.00 patio set, holes were miss drilled, parts will not line up to attach the back of chairs, and miss labeled hardware in packaging. Notified company right away via email and they wanted to send replacement parts! REPLACEMENT PARTS for a $3300. set is unacceptable. I asked to speak with someone? Called the only number they have, same lady always answer the phone. I asked her to have someone call me to discuss the issues with my set, because via email they aren't understanding. No call back, I sent another email asking for a call and was told the product team is too busy to call me!!! We as customers purchase products with the understanding they are built properly by the manufacturer and if not we should be reimbursed are offered a new set. I was told neither of these choices were or are options!!
The material however if manufacturer properly seems to be excellent, sadly our set won't go together to use.
They try to cover their butts by responding to your emails and offering replacement parts so STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Hi Jami, thank you for your feedback.

As per our email thread on April 14, 2024, we have received your concern and responded on Monday morning April 15, 2024, as we are closed on Sundays. We were advised about the issue you raised, and asked if you could identify which parts of the furniture were damaged. Please know for every issue we require the customer to provide photos to identify which parts need to be replaced or what proper resolution will be given to resolve the problem. I.e. from the photos if we deem replacements are not enough, we will ship an entire chair, but our process first is to understand what kind of issues the customer is facing. Per our communication log, you refused to identify or let us know which parts were affected other than letting us know you needed an entirely new 5pc Counter Set shipped. You opted not to accept brand new Counter Chairs that were whole chairs as replacements. However, as explained to you before, we cannot send a whole new 5pc Counter Set if the other parts are not damaged or if there's no issue found.

We always strive to help our customers to the best of our abilities and that is why we said we would ship you whole Counter Chairs as a replacement after understanding the issue, however, if you are not willing to cooperate or help us, help you, there is no way for us to resolve the issue without identifying the problem first. Our production team cannot leave their workstation to jump on a call as they are doing production and running the CNC machines. That is why we advised you to send a photo instead and confirm if the replacement parts we have listed are correct, but you did not cooperate.

Should you change your mind and would like us to ship you the replacement Counter Chairs, please email our customer service team providing them with the clarification they need to better assist you. Thank you.

I have ordered many many times
 had a couple of good results , but as many or more poor results / problems 
 the price is good , the quality control not so much 
 damaged hardware , tons of mis drilling holes , mislabeled / unlabeled pieces etc etc 
 would shy away from future purchases
 pay a bit more for a quality product and save yourself countless hours of assembly and reassembly..

When you reached out to us directly about the missing hardware, we immediately took action to assist with shipping out a replacement hardware. Your replacement request has been forwarded to our production team, unfortunately, we were not informed about the mislabeled holes as we were only made aware of the missing hardware.

Curt and unhelpful customer service

Curt and unhelpful customer service. Poorly managed.
Order was running late, and when i inquired they were dismissive and unhelpful. Then they said it would be an even longer wait, because they had miscounted the inventory. Order 1/10/24, hammock. Order number and copy of order confirmation email sent directly to trustpilot 1/30/24.

Update: excuse me, I contacted using the only email address you included in my order email. I had no other email address to contact you by. If you don’t want people using it, maybe don’t include it as the only email address you send to customers with their order info?! Jesus Christ yes keep blaming the customer.

Hi Beth, I want to extend our sincere apologies for any frustration or inconvenience you may have experienced throughout this process. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

I am writing to clarify some things concerning your canceled order. As you may recall, you initially placed your order on 01/10/24 and reached out to our sales support instead of our customer support on 01/24/24, causing a delay in our response.

When we did get back to you on 01/25/24, we informed you of our anticipated lead times. We also provided you with our shipping and handling policy, which states that "our ship dates are anticipated (not exact) during busy times due to increased demand and/or factors that are beyond our control such as bad weather, power outage, and etc. Again, current shipping dates are estimated and are not exact." We call it anticipated lead time because it is subject to change.

Before our customers purchase a certain product, we give them the ability to check our policies, which we provide freely on our website. We also personally followed up with production about your order on 01/25 and got back to you to inform you the Forrest Green Hammock was sold out. Our inventory specialist made an error when counting that specific hammock and recorded the incorrect number. We gave you the option to elect another color or cancel your order to get a full refund, as we couldn't push the hammock you wanted. You declined the color change and asked for a refund, and we respected that by processing the refund right away.

Please know that we have reprimanded our employee for the error that was committed. However, mistakes do happen as we are all human. We acknowledge our mistakes and ask for your understanding. We have provided you with all the reasons for the delays and options available to you. Unfortunately We cannot force the shipment if the product is sold out.

I hope this reply clarifies things for you and that you understand our point of view. We value all of our customers and will continue doing everything in our power to provide excellent service.

The color of the umbrella was just as I expected beautiful. The Sunbrella fabric duraweather uses is wonderful. It looks so good on my patio very vibrant colors. I recommend it for anyone it easy to use. The tilt is easy and most of all it blocks sun very nicely.

Had several questions, emailed their customer service, I received my answers same day. I placed my order and received my order fairly quickly. I would recommend duraweather and will be purchasing from them again.

Deceptive product description

I purchased 2 Duraweather Plantation Bar Height Swivel Chairs for $1798.The chairs are NOT bar height. A simple google search shows bar height, as regarding chairs, means the floor to seat height is between 28 and 33 inches. These chairs are 22 inches from floor to seat, or the exact definition of standard height. Although if you were to scroll down and open the item description on their webpage it accurately describes the floor to seat height as being 22 inches, the very name including the term 'Bar Height' is false and deceptive advertising. Should I have had to verify that their product description was not fraudulent? The company has offered to issue a refund, minus a restocking fee and I must pay for return shipping. These chairs weight 70+ lbs each and were delivered by common carrier. Return shipping would cost a lot. I will not accept these terms, and as of today the company has failed to respond to a now several week old BBB complaint.

We are sorry you did not have a good experience, per our conversations via email all our products listed on our website all have product dimensions for all customers to view before making their purchase. If customers have questions or are unsure, we also have a customer service line open Mon-Sat from 10AM to 6PM to answer all questions. Our marketing is not deceptive because we have the correct dimensions listed on our website. We encourage our customers to look and read the product description listed underneath the product image before making their purchase to ensure it is the product they are looking for and is the correct measurement. If this was our mistake, we would most definitely send you free return shipping labels, but this is not our fault as the product information was on the website and there for you to see the dimensions and make sure that is what you wanted before you made your purchase. Per our emails, we have emailed you the return authorization form, please complete and once the items are back in our warehouse, we will issue you a refund. In checking with BBB, your request was not submitted several weeks ago... your complaint was submitted 11/26/23 and we were not notified until 11/28/2023. BBB gives businesses 14 days to respond. I’m not sure where you are getting several weeks from, but rest assured we will respond to BBB and provide them with our email logs, return policy, and proof of our product description and measurements on our website.
