Great tags and assistance

Dutch Label Shop's customer assistance was phenomenal, they were available, helpful and very professional. It was my first time ordering labels and everything went quite smoothly. I am very happy with the print, the material and the size.
We should support smaller businesses like this one, in return, they help us build businesses too (the low moq for example).

La scelta giusta per il mio brand!

Tra i fornitori con cui ho collaborato per la realizzazione di patch ricamate posso dire che Dutch Label Shop è sicuramente tra i primi per qualità e professionalità. La precisione della lavorazione è ineccepibile, ho avuto solo qualche problemino con il colore scelto perchè non è precisissimo ma nel complesso il mio giudizio è più che buono. Hanno un’assistenza clienti eccellente e le indicazioni che ho ricevuto sono sempre state chiare e precise.
Consiglio vivamente di lavorare con loro!

Double size - useless product

I designed the patches to be 35 x 70 mm, but received 70 x 140 mm. I wrote them about this issue and they just responded that I uploaded an image that was 70 x 140 mm. I know for a fact that I designed it differently on the site - what if I had uploaded a hi-res image? Would they then make A1 sized patches?

Regardless of the file resolution, our system allows for size adjustments once the file is uploaded. When using your original file, the detected size on our website is 12.7 x 6.4 cm. You can try this yourself by uploading the same file again. This indicates that the patch size was manually adjusted during the ordering process.

Additionally, the price of your order corresponds exactly to the size that was selected and confirmed at checkout. If you have any further questions or need assistance with future orders, please feel free to reach out.

Ik wordt of opgelicht of de service is gewoon heeel erg slecht bij dit bedrijf.
2 februari heb ik een bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Maar omdat ik niet een ordernummer erbij had gezet konden ze mijn order niet verwerken, wat ik snap. Mijn geld zou worden teruggestort en ik zou nog een keer kunnen bestellen. Het is inmiddels 11 maart (!!!) en ik heb mijn geld nog steeds niet terug. Hoe kan dit? Als ik iemand via de mail spreek (want bellen doen ze niet want ik heb de afgelopen maand meerdere keren gebeld en nooit nam er iemand op, erg verdacht) zeggen ze dat ze moeten wachten op ayden. Je bent toch een professioneel bedrijf,
Stort het geld zelf terug en wacht zelf op ayden!

We begrijpen hoe frustrerend deze situatie voor u moet zijn en bieden onze oprechte excuses aan voor de vertraging in uw terugbetaling.

Uw terugbetaling is in gang gezet via Adyen, onze betalings provider. We hebben Adyen al gecontacteerd om dit probleem op te lossen en wachten momenteel op hun reactie. Zodra we een update van hen ontvangen, nemen we direct contact met u op.
Nogmaals onze excuses voor het ongemak, en we hopen dit spoedig voor u af te ronden.

Das erste mal dort bestellt und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal :-)
Hab ein Bild hingeschickt zum Sticken.
Ich hab nicht ordentlich Korrektur gelesen :-( Zack kam am nächsten Tag ein Anruf und wurde gefragt, ob das tatsächlich so richtig ist, natürlich nicht meinte ich.
Hätten sie ja nicht gemusst, weil mein Fehler. Super vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Support und die tollen Patches :-)
Jederzeit wieder, absolut zufrieden :-)

NO regard for poor/ late service

Update #2: I did receive my labels and they are exactly what I was looking for. I knew they would be because I did a pre-order before ordering the larger quantity. Sadly, I will not be using them again. Their response is that their factory was closed for 2 weeks, I ordered them before any banner was on their website, and if they met the timeline stated on their website I would have had my labels before they were closed. Them being closed for 2 weeks does not explain why it took about 7 weeks to get them.

Update: Now on 38 days since they took my money, no labels and they will not even give me an estimated deliver date.

DO NOT order from them if you are one a time line and don't have a few extra weeks to wait on your labels.

On their website they say printed labels 10-14 days. We are on day 23, I have not seen the labels and now their facility is closed and they won't even give me a possible delivery date. I have already paid for these labels and this delay is holding up my production.

To avoid these issues I first ordered only 30 labels to make sure the feel and quality were what I wanted. There were small problems with them adjusting the folding but not a big deal, that's why I did the small order first. After talking with a representative I was confident that they understood. I ordered a second order, this time 2,000 labels. I opted for the photo proof which I'm glad I did because they had made the SAME adjustments that I had already spoke with them about. After going back and forth and finally feeling that it was taken care I approved the design. I was told that opting for the photo proof added a couple of days.... it took 8 days to get the photo proof.

When I reached out, I spoke with Don, he explained that their facility was closed and that my order was sitting in the middle of production. I apologized to him because this was not going to be a friendly conversation and asked if I could speak to someone above him who had some authority to help me. He told me he gave me all the information as to why they could not get me my labels. When I asked for someone else again, he said that no one was available because the facility was closed.

I was excited to include their labels on my clothing line but now it's costing me money. Terrible, if I could give them no stars I would

Our facility was temporarily closed for two weeks, and we did display a banner on our website to inform customers about possible delays. However, we regret if this was not clear or if it was missed. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Die Beratung war ausführlich, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Patches sehen qualitativ hochwertig aus. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit allem und können den Shop nur weiterempfehlen.

Late order and disappointing customer service

I ordered from the Dutch Label Shop as the lead time is clearly advertised as 10-14 days.
It has been 18 days and our order still has not been shipped. We tried to reach out to customer service as this is highly problematic on our end that the labels are late. They keep telling us that the order "will be shipped at some point this week" but cannot confirm a shipping date nor apologise for the inconvenience created by the delay. Very disappointing. I regret ordering from the Dutch Label Shop....

To address your response:
I feel compelled to address the tone and content of your reply. Our order is now scheduled to arrive on Saturday, 21st December—well past the 10-14 day lead time you advertised. By the time it arrives, it will have been 22 days. Unfortunately, none of our team members will be available to receive the parcel on a Saturday (office is closed) and due to its proximity to the holiday period.
This delay has caused us to miss our entire production delivery, significantly affecting our pre-holiday commitments. The lack of clear communication and inability to provide a firm shipping date has only compounded the issue.
It is particularly disheartening to be told what is "fair" under these circumstances. A partial refund (not even 50%) does not come close to compensating for the financial and operational disruption this delay has caused.
I hope your team can take this feedback constructively and improve both communication and customer service processes in the future.

Die Aufnäher genau wie im Entwurf.

Ich bin mit dem Endergebnis sehr zufrieden.
Die Aufnäher sind genau wie im Entwurf. Sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Kundenservice und die Möglichkeit, kleinere Mengen zu bestellen.
Der einzige, aber sehr große Minuspunkt für den Kurierdienst Hermes. Der Hermes Kurierdienst ist eine absolute Katastrophe, die Zustellung hat sehr lange gedauert und wurdr mehrmals verschoben ich kann deshalb leider keine 5 Sterne geben.

Might have been scammed a bit

The labels I recieved were beautifully made however I feel like I got a bit cheated. I ordered 50 ironed on labels and 200 transfer labels. I only got 36 out of the 50 which was more expensive but I can understand mistakes happen, but I feel a bit cheated as they gave me 214 extra transfer labels which were a lot cheaper.

I can understand if there was a mix up but this feels a bit too conveniently planned and a huge burden on me as both label were for different products so I can’t use the 14 extra transfer labels.

The labels are beautiful though and the company are very responsive for help so I would definitely consider using them again but this is just a review for anyone who might need labels last minute to maybe avoid or plan far in advance as I am quite stressed at the moment 😅😅

spacing was off.

we did not like the spacing on the labels, despite the money back guarantee, I'd have to send the labels back at my expense so they can remake, however they stated that it looked fine despite the spacing be completely off.
We also ordered hang tags, the hole was overlapping the design which was uploaded differently, beyond the flimsy stock. Its not worth the energy or time to send back. Any print company either refunds or remakes without hassle. They also did not respond within 24 hours, I had to reach out again to get their attention. Not good customer service, hard pass.

Wrong everything. twice!

I ordered twice. Both orders came back with wrong designs or wrong quantity. Then they completely ignore you when you ask them to fix it. Dont let the cheap price fool you. They're terrible to work with.

Would NOT order from this company

Would NOT order from this company.
The labels are not fit for purpose at all. They sent wrong txt colour which l did not order. When l asked to see my original order I’ve been ignored.
Look out for the fact that there is no room on the side by the symbol to make a neat turn over sewn edge.
Use Cotton Trends labels Much better all round
