I’m very happy with the service provide by Dutch Label Shop. The quality is amazing and the costumer service beyond expectations. The person involved with my design and the photo proof service was very professional and patience. Over all very happy with everything.

Great quality. This is the second time I have placed an order. Arrived ahead of time minus the delay email from the post office. I will most definitely order again.

J'ai d'abord commandé des étiquettes hang tags à mettre sur vêtements mais ils étaient ridiculeusement petits et illisibles alors quand j'ai voulu commander des étiquettes j'ai demande une "preuve" malgré une commande très urgente car je n'étais plus sûre de leur qualité. Ils indiquent que l'on reçoit une photo preuve sous 2/3 jours. Résultat, 1 semaine et un jour plus tard, je n'ai toujours rien reçu, ma commande urgente n'est même pas encore lancée et on me répond des choses vagues du style "vous recevrez la preuve sous peu". Je ne veux pas "sous peu", je veux recevoir cette maudite preuve et lancer la création des étiquettes, je pense qu'une semaine d'attente est plus que suffisant ! A ce rythme là j'aurai pu commander chez Aliexpress, la commande aurait déjà été envoyée.

Je n’ai pas reçu mon colis…il se trouve que cette société m’a envoyé un mail disant que le colis leur ai revenu car je ne l’ai pas retiré …
Deja il faudrait savoir que le colis est arrivé …. Rien…
Je communique par la suite avec une personne responsable client qui me « jette » carrément de rester courtoise alors que mon mail n’a aucune connotation désagréable et agressive !
Je suis outrée et je ne commanderai plus jamais ici !
On paye, on attend , on attend encore, on ne reçoit rien et on se fait malmener comme une vieille chaussure…c’est une honte !!!

Great customer experience along the whole process. I wasn't familiar with how to create my own labels and customer service helped answer all of my questions and ensure I made the correct choices to match my designs.

In de online omgeving van Dutch Label shop had ik een sample label aangepast naar mijn eigen stijl en daarna op bestellen geklikt. Tot mijn verbazing ontvang ik na 2 weken 200 stuks van hun sample label waar ik uiteraard niets mee kan. Contact gezocht en er werd mij meerdere keren verteld dat ik die besteld had. Terwijl ze zelf ook kunnen begrijpen dat ik daar niets mee kan. Ik als mede ondernemers zou de klant bellen om te vragen of er iets niet goed is gegaan of dat de bestelling zo klopt. Nee hoor, het was mijn fout. En dan ook nog om een review durven vragen, nou hierbij!

Ordered embroided patches with photo proof. Got an email asking to confirm the dimensions and received the photo proof a few working days later.
Order received and came exactly as ordered.
Only thing that would deduct a bit is that the price given by the order form does not match the price paid. Could be currency conversion, but my option was said to be €201,- but was priced at €209 on the invoice (+shipping). Given the quality of the product (and that they shipped a few extras, it's nothing major though. Would probably order again another time :)

I absolutely loved the labels and swing tags, I received from Dutch label company! I did extensive research before choosing a company to print my business labels, and I have found this company’s products are excellent quality and very professional! Great website, to navigate, and quick delivery! Will definitely be ordering again!

Dutch Label Shop's customer assistance was phenomenal, they were available, helpful and very professional. It was my first time ordering labels and everything went quite smoothly. I am very happy with the print, the material and the size.
We should support smaller businesses like this one, in return, they help us build businesses too (the low moq for example).
