The product is excellent but the instructions for assembly were woeful. Tiny diagrams with no clear indication of where items should be installed.
Dodge managed to deliver to the wrong address ( two streets away) and I had to collect the heavy box myself.

Excellent product - probably the best and quietest fan I have ever bought yet it moves substantial volumes of air. Great service with next day free delivery

Easy and quick delivery

Great product for a good price, delivered quickly with no fuss or delivery charge.

Easy to erect and use. Very quite for these hot nights in the bedroom excellent product.

A very quick delivery on both fan items. The stand alone fan is amazingly quite at low speeds and quite at high, love the remote that came with both items. The desk top fan is quite at low speeds and slightly noisier at higher but has great all round circulation of air,I use this in the bedroom. A very good experience,delivery and solid made items.

It's ok. It's a fan heater at top end price, does the job no better or less than cheaper fan heaters

Very quiet and very cooling.

Delivery was appalling. Received text from DPD at 05:30 on Sunday morning stating my order would be with me by 22:00. Waited in all day, no delivery until Monday afternoon. Would have been happier without the very early morning text!

Quick delivery. Very quiet fans, which are easy to put together. They are easy to adjust and operate and are very efficient. Excellent for bedroom as well as living room.

I’ve just received my 4th replacement Duux Globe Fan and incredibly I’m still experiencing the same issue where the unit doesn’t move down. It swings left to right absolutely no problem. But when I press the button that moves the fan up/down it moves as far up as it can go and then gets stuck and makes a knocking sound.
I cannot believe that I’ve had the same issue 4 TIMES!!!
It’s like they’re sending the same unit back to me each time!
Customer service have been helpful and accommodating by arranging a pick up service but now all they can advise is to go back to the retailer for a refund.
I just want a working fan. Surely they could test one before sending it out.
They’ve clearly got a faulty batch, of which I’ve been unlucky enough to receive 4 of!

The fan is very quiet and very efficient.... just what I wanted.
DPD delivery was not efficient, on delivery date I received a message stating that I had not been in when a delivery was attempted and a photograph of a detached house.... I live in an apartment block!

Duux looks really good and does all the things I want really well. Very quiet and very powerful. So good, I bought a second one.

Prompt delivery and well packaged. Good pair of fans with timers and multidirectional. Reasonable price. No problems and no reason to not buy from them again

Totally waist of money

This is my second Duux product as I was so pleased with the Duux’s Threesixty 2 ceramic heater last winter. Speedy delivery within 24 hours of placing my order.
Easy to assemble. Stylish & modern design. So versatile. Love how whisper quiet it is - an accurate description - choice of speeds, the timer, remote control all make it a pleasant experience.

Massively disappointed with the fact that I was delivered a product that had a mechanical fault and now have to wait 14 days for a replacement. It was all good and well that I placed an order and it arrived quickly. But then requesting for a replacement which I had to take to a DPD drop off myself and then wait for the replacement. It would be rather disappointing if they decide to send me back the repaired product or a refurbished one when I expected a new and working product.
